First time I used it very prompt service. Sent a 2nd order they received it on the 28th of February still waiting for my payment. Emailed in April assured payment would be 3-5 days that was a month ago. DO NOT USE . If I'd realised I'd be ripped off I'd of sold the items myself.
Initially great but has gone downhill. First discovered Haru (Get Responsible) some time back and it was great. More recently looks like they have become a victim of their success, whilst the app displays a backlog being the reason why my baskets were sent back. I’m more dubious and it’s simply a lack of cash flow, they primarily sell on ebay, therefore where their sales are slower there, it seems like they can’t afford to buy stock in. Returning already agreed upon baskets is a shame as they already do not stick by their SLA’s of 3 days. You’d be waiting close to a month for payment. The fact they don’t use faster payments is also very irritating and can take a week just to receive the money on top of the long processing time. It’s a real shame as the app had real promise but if they can regain consumer trust remains to be seen.
I waiting already a month for returning my items, over month from time they received. No payment, no items return.
13 January 2025 my Haru basket was on the way to Haru and I eagerly waiting for a payout after taking the time to take the photos, upload the details and pack my items. I was, at the time, happy with the process. The offers for my clothing pieces was reasonable and I was delighted to have found this app. I waited patiently for the payout. 8 March after chasing many times and endless excuses they have returned the items to me. Apparently they have a backlog so cannot take anymore - I wish they had told me that in January when I could have found better ways to have sold these unwanted items. Now I have an enormous box of winter clothes that I do not want sitting goading me. An absolute waste of time and money for all involved.
Nail in the coffin for the HARU app today for me, concluding a 6 week long saga over 2 baskets. Loathed to write such a review but will try to keep it brief. The initial experience of scanning items, creating QR code, shipping off items...grand! Sent two baskets within a few days.
Thereafter, went downhill fast. Waited for 2 weeks for one basket to be paid out (expectation of 3 days not met). Responses to email queries were polite even if they were frustrating answers. EVRI seemingly lost one basket so can't knock HARU for that and they did pay out on that one. After another few weeks of back and forth on the second basket, they made the decision to return my (and presumably many other) items as they have a backlog.
If this has been the experience for many in the past few months, ie. stretched timelines, returning of items etc. that decision makes little sense. The trust has likely diminished to the point where many will never use the app again.
I have sent my items to Haru and they have received my items but no payment from Haru. DO NOT USE, worse people to get in contact with as well!! Say they have a backlog load of shite just taking peoples clothes and doing nothing with them. Don't waste your time give them to charity or use Vinted at least Vinted is a site you can trust
I have sent my items to Haru and they have received on 21/02/2025 and NO payment received. The total was £40,27, also paid the Postage. This App Haru is a SCAM
HARU! Is a big Scam !
I sent my parcel on 10 Feb 25 , Item received no replay back , no customer service, nobody answer, Avoid Haru doesn't worth! Better selling on Vinted, Ebay, Depop, etc. a list you don't get robt. AVOID AVOID AVOD
Tried to sell 3 orders of brand new PANGAIA joggers/hoodies, totalled to around £500, earliest arrived over 2 weeks ago. App is now inaccessible giving error codes when trying to see orders. 1 of the orders (£250) has disappeared. Supposedly a backlog and technical issues as soon as I ship the products how convenient. Sell on VINTED/EBAY instead at least you get something.
Downloaded app tried multiple items spent time taking images etc just to get an error message
Total waste of time and effort
Send parcel 2 weeks ago,12th of February received email it was received and going through the inspection, few days later i saw it's already done and i was pretty happy with amount they offered, but few hours later my order just disappeared from the system, so no money no clothes nothing. Try to contact Haru, send an email few times and massage on WhatsApp but no answer at all. Please contact me ASAP.
SCAM! AVOID HARU AT ALL COSTS!
I am absolutely FURIOUS with Haru. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a selling platform. Where is my money?! Where are my items?!
No shipping code received—so I have no way to track my items.
ZERO communication after the two generic emails saying that my items were on their way. After that? NOTHING. No updates, no responses—just radio silence.
My app now shows NO pending payments, NO transaction history, NOTHING! It’s as if my sale never even existed!
Now I see that the app has “temporarily paused processing”—WHAT?! So you’ve just decided to take my items and vanish?!
I sent you two No Fear Swim Shorts, quoted at £43, and now you’ve just disappeared with them?! This is outright THEFT.
Haru is an absolute joke of a company—shady, unreliable, and clearly incapable of running a legitimate business.
DO NOT USE HARU! I want my money or my items back NOW!
Horrible experience with Haru. They claimed to have sent the money through but more than a week of the payment confirmation, it still hasn't reflected.
Seems like a big fraud company. Plus, they refused to pay out for clothes their app suggested will fetch me big amount --- citing it's torn aside damaged which it was absolutely not and the picture is proof of that.
Their customer service doesn't exist. Sent multiple messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and email -- no response.
Disgusting service. You're better off on Loopi or high street donation which at least gives you a voucher then and there.

I posted a robert cavalli jacket, since the 20th December, today we are 31st January, i sign in the app, it shows 62£, which was originally showing 230£. And they said 4days to get paid. Iam very disapointed and I will not recommend this app.
Lack of communication, and underprice.
I have no idea if i ever gonna get my jacket back.

Haru has honestly been amazing. I've been using the app for months, and the communication from Naomi has been top-notch—quick responses, proactive updates, and consistent status updates. Plus, the tracked shipping is a great touch.
I’ve recommended it to friends, and they’re also enjoying the service. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews, as most of them focus on price. If you feel your item is worth more than the offer, just sell it elsewhere. It’s that simple.
In my experience, the offers have been very reasonable and accurate—you just need to understand what sells well.
I 100% recommend Haru to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of perfectly lit photos, overly detailed descriptions, and long waits to sell (if the item even sells at all). It's a great way to get quick cash for your hard-earned clothes!

Seeing a lot of negative reviews but I personally have had a great experience & the customer support has been exceptional.
You have to remember that the offers made are to buy ur clothing outright, so yes it's going to be lower than what u could sell it urself, but they handle the whole process of the sale. Yes some offers are low but I've had some really great ones.
I'd definitely recommended using this app if u have a lot of clothes/shoes/accessories to get rid of if ur a bit of a clothes hoarder like me!! 🤣👀
The app does need some tweeking as it doesn't always process an item ur trying to get a quote on or it won't submit through the correct category. Overall it's still a great app to have imo & i will definitely continue using it, as will all my family/friends.

After I saw the adverts l, I thought I would download and give it a try. I thought I would test the water with a brand new with tags hype full zip hoodie. They offered under £1.50 which is literally taking the proverbial. I would rather put it on vinted and marketplace at £3 than give it away at what they offer

Easy to list and send though some prices given are ridiculously low - HOWEVER on receipt they halved the money initially offered and I'm still waiting for payment 3 weeks later. Will not use again and definitely not recommended 😡
