Really like the concept but
Really like the concept. Unfortunately I ordered a hoodie that was too small for me. Free return label worked great but did take 20 days for point of ordering to get the full refund due to only a partial refund being given in the first place

Item was advertised as a grade B but…
Item was advertised as a grade B but had a very dirty and worn collar. Also very thin with no fleecing left on the inside. Not very happy but a hassle sending back. Won’t buy again.

I absolutely love this company
I just absolutely love this company. I have ordered multiple times over the last 6 month and been so impressed. The clothing is fantastic and at a great price. The customer service is genuinely first class. A lot of other company’s could do a lot worse than seeing how Responsible go about things. The staff should give themselves a pat on the back.
