Harvey Norman Ireland - Blanchardstown Reviews

Liam and Dylan were great, they made our bed super quickly. I was given regular updates about the time of arrival and without asking they even on unwrapped and popped on our new mattress which we had gotten from elsewhere. Top service and nice guys too! Zero mess afterwards.

Kris in Harvey Norman in Blanchardstown was amazing to deal with. Talked me through the purchase of all my new kitchen appliances. Understood exactly what I needed for my new house. Kept in contact with me regarding delivery dates and organised the delivery at short notice in the end.
Such a stress free experience. I'd give 6 stars if there was that option.

So i bought couple of things of HN couple of times , now i'm waitting for a desk and a chair for a week and hasn't been dispatched , it looks like the supplier hasn't even been notified since it's been a week and hasn't been dispatched .
Secondly , Harvey norman might have the worst customer service system i've ever encountered .
The '' chat bot'' is basically useless , a representative is never available , if you call in the people sound very frustrated or annoyed , as if you're disturbing them or something . I don't even know how i can cancel the order so i can at least buy it from other place .

Martin and Ryan delivered and assembled our dining table! Nice lads and super respectful! Prompt and efficient delivery! Thank you so much!

I needed the assistance of your lovetech department in your Blanchardstown Centre Store in Dublin 15. I was looked after by a lad by the name of Matt. He was absolutely excellent his knowledge of all things technical was second to none. His attention to ensuring my problem was fixed and his customer service skills are also excellent. Harvey Norman should be proud to have such a fantastic descent person on their staff at the computer technical department

Bren and his mate were very good assembling furniture.
Great service will definitely order more.

Great product ! Fast delivery ! Highly recommended ! Awesome service on Dublin, Ireland !

Martin and Peter done a brilliant job of getting the huge and heavy couch we bought into our sitting room unscratched. It was a difficult process as our front door is at the side of the house with a a narrow side entrance but Martin and Peter got it done no problem. Very professional. Thank you.

Delivery was excellent, quick and cleaned up after Assembly.
I Highly recomendThe two lads Brian and Dean.

Nicole was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, supportive, and easy to talk to, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

My partner and I were shopping for furniture for our forever home, and Nicole went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Her knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality made a huge difference, and we are genuinely grateful for all of her assistance!

A real credit to the company. Give that woman a pay rise and a bit more time off!! 😄

Two men, Darren and Anthony were extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. They assembled my furniture and were very careful when moving the item up the stairwell.
I am very happy with their service and with my new furniture. Thanks to both men.

Good delivery, flexible on time, quick and easy

We are so happy with our purchase. Mr. Ramon helped us make a better decision. We are so happy.

My parents ordered a sofa and sofa bed from Harvey Norman in Blanchardstown. From the time they visited the store to the delivery, the whole process was easy and convenient for them.
Sinead at the store was very helpful and patient. The delivery this morning by Paul and Ryan was fantastic, they made a difficult delivery look easy.

We came into Harvey Norman in Blanchardstown on the hunt for a bed frame and mattress for our new house. Krishna helped us over 2 days to pick the best mattress within our budget while providing the interior details of the mattresses and if they’d be a good fit for us. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind during our visit. Not just a typical salesman looking for a quick big sale. He listened to us and understood our wants to a tee - even down to delivery and assembly he was knowledgable. We would definitely recommend anyone to visit the store and to visit Krishna if they’re in a similar position. Thanks again Krishna. If there is some kind of rewards scheme or promotion available for Krishna we would definitely be pushing for this.

Amazing service today, I ordered some stuff online and I made a mistake with a colour, the staff went above and beyond to help me fix it! Thank you
