Delivery OK but !!
The delivery was good and the communication from the delivery lads was fine. However if the delivery included the removal of packing material the damaged sofa could have been returned there and then rather than having to contact the store once the wrapping had been removed by us.

Great experience
Great experience! We went to buy camera for the bike and Lily took care of us. She is the loveliest, friendliest, most supportive assistant I have ever met. All questions answered, all our concerns addressed, loads of advice given. We bought what we needed and we had the most pleasant experience in the shop today. Lily is the best!

Tracking shipment was frustrating
Tracking shipment was frustrating. Harvey Norman shipped from the Netherlands via DPD. DPD Ireland has a different web site vs The Netherlands. Little to no tracking data. Order showed up unexpectedly early with no one available to meet the delivery.

Very poor service from Harvey Norman Limerick.
We bought six appliances last Friday and were promised fast delivery. There are signs in the appliance department advertising next-day delivery, but in reality we have now been waiting for a week with no confirmed delivery.
Delivery was promised for Wednesday, then cancelled, and since then we are being given excuses every day. The store keeps blaming the delivery company instead of taking responsibility and giving us a clear answer.
Very disappointing experience. Helpful when selling, but extremely poor after payment. I would not recommend this store.

My order of an oven was not delivered…
My order of an oven was not delivered last Friday. No body rang me to say it would not be delivered. I took a day off work to stay at home.
A week has passed and I had to ring HM to see where my order was. Still waiting for a return call.
Customer servie is a joke. I am sorry i purchased form them.

I came in for the 2nd time to exchange…
I came in for the 2nd time to exchange my OpenFit Pro2+ earphones. They had not been working correctly, and the service from Zaid was exemplary.
He checked the earphones with me, seeing if he could help, and once he found they were defective, offered me €180 back. I am usually impressed by the staff and policies at Harvey Norman, so I decided to use the credit towards a set of Sony XM6 earbuds. And they are marvelous!
Thank you, Zaid, for your excellent expertise and customer service. Your welcome manner and trust in your customers is why I am comfortable always shopping with Harvey Norman!
