Excellent service from Stuart today (Orpington area)
Excellent service from Stuart today (Orpington area). He arrived on time, was friendly, respectful, and professional throughout. Lovely energy for an early morning! What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by carrying the heavy water softener salt bags to where they were needed inside the house instead of just leaving them at the door. It's rare to receive service like this these days. He's a real credit to the company and deserves to be recognised for his outstanding customer service!

Our fitter Simon was brilliant. He was pleasant and efficient and explained how and why he was doing things. It looked a nightmare to begin with but Simon soon worked out where everything was going and made a great job of it with minimal disruption to us.

Excellent service from beginning to end.
It was very easy to order the salt blocks required and delivery followed very quickly. Stuart, who made the delivery, also went out of his way to place the salt blocks exactly as requested. Just excellent service all round.

We had heard a lot of good things about…
We had heard a lot of good things about Harvey Water Softeners, so we decided to go with them. The installation went well and, so far, the water softener itself is working fine. We were referred by a friend.
However, the referral experience has been disappointing. Harvey advertised that the person referring us would receive free salt, but our friend never received anything. I also emailed the salesperson who gave us the quote, but they never even replied.
Another disappointment was the offer of a "1 year supply of salt". In reality, we only received enough salt to last around 3.5 months. That felt very misleading and not as advertised.
Overall, the product seems good, but the customer service and promotional offers have not lived up to what was promied.

Not efficient after a year of use
After a year, the softener is not efficient and I was told there is no annual service required at the time of installation. Beware not to be scammed.
