Fantastic install
Having had a water softener at our previous property and seeing the huge benefits of softened water we were keen to get one installed at our new address. After making contact through their website we were soon visited by the local rep. Installation was quickly arranged and Chris G turned up to install the equipment. I was really impressed firstly by the communication we received from Chris prior to his visit. He arrived bang on the time he arranged and completed the job to the highest standard fitting an outside unit and running a unsoftened line through loft into kitchen. Everything was left clean and tidy and a full demonstration of how to use the unit was given. Really pleased with all aspects of buying from Harvey’s both times

Stuart Chapman delivered 18 packs of block salt from Culligan Harvey; he was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful in bringing them directly to where I needed to keep them, even though it was a bit of a distance from my front door to my garage, and in the middle of the day during a heatwave! I wasn't looking forward to the number of trips it would have taken me back and forth, so I can't thank him enough.
The whole order process was smooth, the delivery was on the earliest business day in the range they had advised, and the outstanding service that Stuart provided means I won't be looking elsewhere when it comes to water softener supplies.

Despite the institutional incompetence…
Despite the institutional incompetence this company has perfected, its one redeeming feature is Sonja. She is the sole reason I remain a client rather than having put their Arc system through a window, which was my genuine inclination. She has followed up methodically, conducted herself with real professionalism throughout, and been an absolute pleasure to deal with. A rare asset to any organisation. Companies like this survive on the strength of people like Sonja, and certainly not on the merits of the junk they sell.

Dishwasher salt
From start to finish experience of ordering went well. Expected sacks of salt to arrive with their contents dripping from transit slits. Not so. Each was packed in thick plastic bag which prevented that from happening. Transit bags afterwards made good interior bags in wheelie bins. Well done.
