We knew we wanted a Harvey's water softener but we needed some advice not only about the choice of the model but also about installation location. The demonstrator was able to answer all our questions - her knowledge of the products was thorough and her advice about location was extremely useful. She liaised with our plumber/heating engineer to finalise the installation. We thoroughly recommend the company.

Anthony Hicks was the technician who…
Anthony Hicks was the technician who came over from Harvey to have a look at the water softener as it was draining water continuously. He was thoroughly professional, kept us informed of his arrival time and then when Anthony arrived, he was clean with his work. He finished the repairs that were required and tested that the water softener was working. He then informed us about the work that he had completed and left confirming that the invoice would be sent later on. While Anthony is a repairs team member, he was absolutely fantastic with his customer service.

Very enthusiastic company to get the…
Very enthusiastic company to get the sale done, but then the service falls off.
We finally managed to arrange an installation last week, after 2 prior failed attempts.
The install seemed to go ok, however a pipe has been leaking under the sink since the following day. A week later and no sign of a resolution.
No response to their contact us form, and their telephone lines for after sales care sends you in a continual loop.

Really pleased with our water softener…
Really pleased with our water softener and the Platinum filter. The water tastes great and the drinking water is lovely. We had a tricky install because of limited room under our sink, but the installer worked through it and got everything done. He even came back the next day to fit a cabinet, which we really appreciated. Showers feel completely different now and washing the car is so much better too. Thanks for a great job.

Extremely satisfied experience
Overall extremely satisfied as they stuck to the time schedule and were professional whilst installing. The plumbing engineer Jack was very neet and did not rush with his work but delivered great installation with the guidelines from his supervisor Ben who seemed to have a lot of experience in installation. 10 out of 10☆.
