I ordered two shirts (order # below) and returned both for exchange as sleeves being 34 were too short and asked for 36"
received the response below on 4/1/24 and also confirmation by separate email that $58.50 had been returned to my account

Size was not a typical UK 16
Size was not a typical UK 16, to return from Australia the customer bears cost which is almost a third of products cost $45 plus, seems unfair to charge only Australian customers the return when free elsewhere ... If selling online to overseas market in today's day and age it would be approiate to have a paid for return label.
