Scam!!beware

Scam!!beware
Bought towels off a facebook add they charged me and never paid. I emailed 2 months later and they said give it time with covid shipping from china. Year later nothing. Their emails bounce now. Total scam can't believe I fell for it. Never will I trust facebook ads anymore.

Product never arrived

Ordered product in end of January, said could be 6-8 weeks deliver So I chased in April, late delivery and as blamed on Covid.
I have sent numerous emails only got one reply back saying wait for 14 more days then contact which was back in May, have chased numerous time and still no email reply or refund 10 months later! Hey

Different experience

I see all of the horrible reviews on this product’s delivery. I had the same issue with wait time. Sent one email advising if the package wasn’t going to be delivered in the next three days (after waiting two months) that I’d prefer a refund rather than the product. The following morning, I received notification of a refund for the product, no questions asked. Today, about two weeks after I sent the email, the oil has been delivered. I basically got the item for free and am looking to see if I can pay for it again. I have yet to try the product, though. Will be back to update after some time. Cheers.

Postage Due after 3 months?!

Horrible service! Ordered 2 items and paid shipping before I realized they were coming from China. Took over 2 months to receive the first item and after 3 months I got a slip from my post office to pick up the second item with $8 due!!!!! I’m not even going to pick it up because that is about what the item alone cost! Scam

Do not order from this company!!!!

So, I ordered a product on the 26th of May 2020, through a FB ad and still have not received the product. The shipping details were last updated on the 23rd of June to say in transit but nothing since then. I have written some emails requesting a refund, all in vain. Not a single person had the decently to respond. This is my first purchase from a Chinese company and it's definitely my last.

After several months

After several months, and several claims on paypal to get a refund... the package showed up without any packaging or instructions from China. I don’t trust using the product so will still try to get my money back.
