Hazelpick 

I saw an advert on FB and decided to give it a go. It was all advertised as coming from the USA so it seemed legitimate. After a month they finally turned up in a China post pack dispatched from Wuhan. No instructions in the pack so I'm now wondering if I want to subject my skin to whatever these patches contain. Funny that the advert is now missing from FB.

I saw an add on Facebook. I ordered a face serum on May18, 2020, after a month I have not received anything and I can’t find their phone number.

I ordered the Brighten Spotless oil on May 10,2020 and still haven't received it yet. The tracking order info. says label created but nothing else. I’ve emailed them 2 times now and no response. I'M ANGRY AND FURIOUS!!

Got scammed. Placed order on 14 May, tracking number says label created and no movement since. It is now 16 June.

I got scammed. Placed an order on April 12th. It's June 16th today and still nothing. Time to contact my lawyer. I will also contact the others that have been scammed to begin a class action lawsuit.

I have now been waiting 2 months for my air power washer , I’ve emailed them 3 times now and no response, I’m furious , it was a birthday gift for my partner ,

I wish I read this before making a purchase from them. Never received the product that I ordered 2 months ago

Worst company ever. I ordered nearly 2 months ago, still no delivery despite numerous attempts to contact them. Stay well clear of this company.

I placed an order on April 12th, 2020. I was given tracking info once order was shipped. June 10, 2020 is when I received my order of the Kitchen scrubbing bubble spray. Although I did receive my order, I am VERY disappointed in this company. Learn to listen to your customers and communicate with them if you want to continue to be in business. The customer service(or lack thereof) is horrible. I emailed and sent Messages through Messenger and never received a response. I’m sorry for the ones who lost their money. I had literally given up but finally received my order. HAZELPICK NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!

Do not waste your money. Doesn't work at all. I would have gotten the same result if I had stuck a piece of tape on myself.

Do not make the same mistake as me. For over two months the acne treatment product I ordered is yet to be delivered. They have stopped responding to my email after I requested a refund. How difficult is it for a company to refund customers for items that they know were not delivered. Just so shameful!

Same here! Have not received my products. Says delivered, but it's not...

Placed an order on january 3.
Today june 12, I have still not recieved my package. I have tryed to get i contact with them 4 times to get a refund , no answer .

I placed an order on April 14, 2020 for the kitchen bubble cleaner after seeing ads for it on Facebook for a week. Today is June 12th, and I still have not received the product, nor have I received a response to any of my 3-4 emails - written both from gmail to their support address as well as by filling out their online form. I understand the pandemic going on- but 8 weeks and no response?

iv seen a lot of bad reviews and i was worried about ordering but today i have just received my item the website is legit, they do reply to their emails for contact, they do send you confirmation of both order and shipping, if you struggle with tracking from packages from international retailers then i suggest downloading the app called “17TRACK” it has helped me so much with ordering things from china and hong kong, and i tracked this item from start to finish, i placed my order on 8th may 2020, and i have just got it today (12th june) so yeah the delivery was a little late but apart from that i have no other issues and will continue to use this website now i know it is legit!

If I could give zero stars I would... the tracking information given says my order has been delivered however I am yet to see it. It has been two months since the order has been placed and I’ve emailed them several times with no response.

I ordered a product from them 6 weeks ago and still nothing received. They scammed 50 dollars out of me😡

I placed an order in April for bubble cleaner and an oven glove. About 2 weeks later the oven glove arrived so seemed promising. The oven glove is useless, it is a silicone one and the heat goes straight through so have burnt my hand a couple of times. The bubble cleaners have never arrived and I haven't had any correspondence to say when it will arrive. Having read all these reviews I've lost all hope and one useless oven glove has cost me £35. Gutted

Ordered in April didn’t arrive. Emailed to ask how much longer-Emily from customer support asked me to wait another 2weeks. Still nothing-now won’t reply. Facebook should not allow them to advertise on their space.
