Worst company ever!
It’s been two months and I still have not received my oil.
Nor do they give refunds until the item is sent back to them. Pretty hard to send back something I haven’t received!

Also I didn’t know it is from China!

Don’t waste your money! Don’t order from here!

I ordered a skin product that was supposed to eliminate dark spots. I saw an ad for it on Facebook. Usually when I notice products on there, I will look at the reviewers pages, just to make sure they are not fake posters. They appeared to be real.

I ordered from Hazelpick in late April and have received nothing. The tracking number is a joke and when I ordered, I had no idea it was coming from China. But what disturbs me the most are the Facebook posters that were talking about how great the product was. There was no way they used it and I think they should be considered culpable in this fraud. Unfortunately this company and the product seemed to have disappeared from that site.

It's been 2 months since I placed my orders, they charged my card and got their money! I've sent several emails and they haven't responded at all! I will never order from this company again! They have totally ripped me off!

Terrible Company
I ordered the skin brightening oil on April 15th and still no product. I have emailed twice and have not gotten any response. Do not waste your time ordering from this company. This is the very reason I’m hesitant about ordering from sites I’m not familiar with. I either want the product or my money back.

Ordered skin tag remover in March, they JUST arrived. I emailed the company in April, yes I checked the shipping average. 2-4 weeks. Well that should have been said BEFORE I placed the order. Anyways, I emailed customer service 5 weeks after I placed my order and received a response 3 says later asking me to be patient and give it 2 more weeks. I demanded a refund but got nothing. 2 weeks later I emaied them again and got no response. I finally got an updated tracking number and they arrived today. I will never order off these sites anymore and stick with AMAZON!

It’s been 2 months no product Keep saying that they’re going to deliver and see keep saying tracking number I checked tracking number and does not go to anywhere this will be my last time buying on online stores they buy from overseas and the amount of complaints on this company is outrageous that they’re still in business and that there is nobody monitoring these online stores

If I could rate a zero star I would . I ordered the hair removal sponges April 17th it says 2-4 weeks for US delivery. No where on the site does it say coming from China. Still June 23 no item and they have only responded to 1 email. I didn't pay w PayPal so no way to open a claim. Total fraud.

I ordered 2 in 1 power washer nozzle & cleaning tablets. After 5 weeks I opened case with PayPal for not receiving my items. Weeks later I received my package that was sent after case was opened against them. It's junk! The nozzle won't fit on regular house so I had to buy extension. It leaks due to being made with cheap plastic. I got better pressure from a Dollar Store nozzle. It's totally useless. The cleaning tablets are about the size of a dime. I dropped a couple of tablets in a spray bottle with water. Tried to clean handprints off a door. What a joke. It was like using straight water. I would have never ordered if I knew this was coming from China. Another lesson learned.

Ordered a 2-in-one power washer in May and never received. I have sent multiple emails and never received a response. Definitely a scam. My fault for trusting this company., Please be careful.

Been a month and have not received the skin tag removers. I just opened a claim with PayPal.

It’s been 3 months, nothing total waste of my time and $$$. Calling my bank to cancel the charges and authorities should be involved too with this scammers 😡

Scammed!!!!
I placed an order with this company on the 25 of April. I received and email that that my order was confirmed and will receive and email or text when my order would be shipped. I never received emails or my product. I’ve reached out to them via email yet no response!!

Company is total fraud, this is scam , its been 3 months now i am waiting for product i ordered. Just once they replied to my email saying it is delayed but since last 1 month no updates or order. They are scammers, don't buy anything from them.

SCAM! I placed an order in January before COVID19 became a global pandemic. At the time I placed my order I was not aware it would be coming from overseas. I received an email that my order shipped on 1/20/2020 and my payment went through on 1/21/2020. Once tracking information was available I could see it was coming from China. With COVID19 it seemed to have gotten stuck in customs, which was fine by me. I forgot about the order until last week. I tracked the package and it showed that it was delivered to my address on 5/2/2020 and returned to sender on 5/2/2020. There's no place in between delivery and original departure which I find highly suspect. Hazelpick/Lilypick should be shut down!

I placed an order for two products from Hazelpick in April its now mid June like many others I have not received my items. I have emailed them on many occasions with no reply, apart from last month informing me that the items have been shipped. Funny how they don't have a phone number for customer services for us to call. This needs to be bought to Facebook's attention for allowing this company to advertise.

Please dont buy from this website.Its a scam and I haven't received my item yet as the period time gone what they mentioned in their website .I have emailed twice .....no reply.Waste of money and they are just cheating people....

Ordered skin tag patches, took over 3 months to get them. There are no instructions in the pack so no idea how long use leave the patches on for. Emailed them but no reply. What an absolute waste of money.

Hi, I also did not receive my item since 6-7 weeks ago and no replies from email too. Need to report them in Facebook. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Purchased a cleaning advert from facebook back in April and its now the 17th June and still not received the item and like the other reviews on this page, they have not replied! Interestingly enough they have now changed their name from Hazelpick to Lilypick using the same logo and website content....avoid!

Still did not get my orders which I have perches on April. I am really disappointed and angry😡😡😡😡 the worst thing is that they don't reply to my emails.😡
