Same experience ordering a towel as everyone else. Never again.

I also ordered the Magic Instant Dry Hair Towel. Ordered on 1/24/2020 and was never received. Luckily I purchase through Paypal so I disputed the transaction and did get my money back. Lesson learned on getting sucked into a Facebook ad! Facebook should be ashamed. Never again will I click!

Same as anyone else, ordered 2 months ago and never received my parcel. I will provide to report this company for fraud.

You know what? If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered 2 months ago and never received the head wrap to dry hair. I sent several emails requesting an answer, and not one response! Nothing! So disgusted. Don't ever purchase from this place, ever! How is this company getting away with this crap#!

As per the majority on here, ordered quick dry hair towel, quick emails back confirming order then tracking which now says ‘shipped’ but not arrived and no response to 2 emails chasing. Agree believe I have also been scammed. Advert was on Facebook I think! Avoid!

Order an item on jan 30th no tracking sent , order stated shipped and not shipped had no contact to emails so reported to PayPal on sat they have authorised a refund today ! If you used PayPal go to the resolution page and fill in your details thankfully it worked for no more feb purchasing

why can I not leave zero Stars? It's been 10 weeks and I keep getting a form email that tells me to please wait 14 more days, please wait 14 more days, please wait for a few more days. isn't there some way we can report this company and get our money back? I ordered two towels and still have not gotten them since the second week of January.

I finally received my order after like 3 months, but it came stained, soaked (like dripping wet), completely filthy, smelly, and in ripped packaging. I ordered one of the hair towels. I understand that stuff happens when shipping an item, especially as far as from China to the US. However, this item was not packaged properly to begin with. It was squeezed into a tiny plastic bag with openings on each end of the seal, which allows water, dirt, etc. to get into it. Normally companies would provide an extra layer of plastic or whatever around the actual item as to not RUIN the item, but not this company. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. They don't even have a number to call on their website. I doubt this company even cares enough to answer any complaints regarding orders, and they deserve to be shut down. I should have read the reviews first.

Ordered a magic dry hair towel on January 25th through Facebook. Was just sent a tracking number TODAY (February 29th). Never ordering from this company again. Ever!!

If I could give them minus stars I would!!! Absolute scam site, should have read the reviews first, ordered beginning of January and haven’t received, luckily I payed through PayPal, opened up a dispute today and have received my refund straight away! I’m guessing they don’t want an investigation on their hands as I sent them afew screen shots of these reviews along with emails I had sent.

I am in the same boat as everyone else here with their review. Saw their ad on Facebook and guess the “positive” reviews I saw on there were fake ones. I wish I would had researched this company more before I purchased 2 towels from them. I, too, never received a response from an email that I sent. My question is, is there anyway that we can turn this company in for the scam that they pulled? I’m sure asking for a refund inform them is not going to happen, but I am going to do some research and see if I can get my money back by taking some other actions.

Ordered a towel on 6/1. Still not received. They keep sending me emails telling me to leave it another 2 weeks. This is a scam. Do not buy.

Scam, unfortunately! Disappointed I fell for the Instagram advert. Ordered beginning of Jan, nothing yet and it's nearly March...

Bought the shaver on Facebook through this company and it blew up while charging, the product was so cheaply made. Have received one email from them, still waiting on a response to getting my money back. Would never buy from this company again.

Ordered 3 quick drying hair towels, paid at time of ordering on 7/1/20. Told 2-4 weeks delivery, not arrived and they haven't replied to any of my emails. Wish I had read the reviews before placing order.
Steer clear.

Ordered the hair towel on the 5th Jan, now 26th Feb, approx 7 weeks. I have sent several emails and they do reply, but just tell me to keep waiting. I wish I had seen these reviews first before I made the order. Wouldn't touch this company again.

Same here. I 've placed an order at 16th Jan 2 towels (from the Infos here they don't work anyway), still haven't received them and they are NOT responding to my emails. I just asked from a full refund but im sure it's NOT going to happen! Feel violated!!! And really there is NO ONE out there that can stope them for stealing out money???

Ordered a hair towel 6 weeks ago, still havent received it! Have had no responses to my emails either.. So disappointed!

Ordered a shaver, it arrived and didn't work and was so cheaply made and packaged that it was not worth £1, let alone the £20 I paid. Please do not use this company you can get better items from a £1 shop.
