YES finishing touch hair remover is Dangerous, DO NOT USE !!!

My YES finishing touch hair remover arrived 6 weeks after it was ordered. It is very cheap looking and not worth £21.00. It is only fit for the bin. They are on eBay for £5.99. They are not worth anything. I can’t believe I fell for this crap. I won’t be doing it again.
1) I tried to change the micro foil head and because it is so cheaply made it sliced a chunk out of finger.
2) The charger plug blew up in the socket. It’s a good job we were to hear the bang otherwise it may of caused some serious damage.
3) Since purchasing I have Had No end of Paypal scam emails which I believe to be from this scam company.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. Do not buy from this scam company.

Took forever to arrive, not absorbant

Took forever to arrive, when it finally did it honestly did a very poor job of drying my hair. I get better results with my normal towel!! Not absorbant at all, I don't have particularly long or thick hair either. Do not recommend!

This towel is a scam

This towel is a scam. It does no work and is nothing more than a terry cloth towel. Do NOT be fooled into buying this. I should have known better. If it appears to be too good to be true, it is. Buyer beware!

Paid £23 for a - hair remover, after waiting and age! It came faulty, i emailed them it was faulty, they replied quickly asking for a video showing the problem, as they would contact supplier. I did that, emailed several times, Ive never had a response back in over a month. Beware. They are money making thieving scammers 🤬

Tried it, just a regular towel

So this is how it works. You pay 10$ for z piece of something that is worth 2$ at best. No magic properties, just a regular towel (the low-end by the way) with a button. You receive it in several weeks. You test it. It's bad. Want a refund? You can get the whole 10$ if you send it back (to China!) Which will cost you probably more. Want to avoid the hassle? Keep it and they'll refund half of it. So basically: they produced it for half a dollar, sold it for 10, if you insist on calling it a scam, they will give you back 5 and still earn 4,5 on each. Scam as hell but a solid business model nonetheless. Just don't fall for it like I did. SCAM!

I did actually receive my hair towel…

I did actually receive my hair towel (many many weeks) after falling for the Facebook Ad but, as I should have probably known, it is in fact, a regular towel with no magical hair drying abilities whatsoever. Quite fluffy though.

Refunded

I too never received my order after the 4 weeks delivery time, also the tracking just kept saying in transit. If could give them no stars l would. I got a refund because I paid with PayPal, it didn't take long, so anyone who paid this way please go to their resolution centre and complain, all you need to do is click on the transaction and send message that you didn't receive item. Don't let this company get away with taking your money

Total scam like everyone else. Ordered hair towel in January and nothing received. Sent emails but no response. Any find advert again on Facebook to report it. Terrible really as I will never trust another Facebook advert and that is what makes their business.

Product not received

Product not received - 10 weeks after order was placed. All of their social media links are directed towards the homepage of each site. Incredibly disingenuous; total scam. I, too, found the offer through Facebook. These websites should be combatted and advertising should be limited, if not completely removed, from our platforms.

Don’t order from this website, it’s fake!

Don’t order from this website! Ordered something 9th February and haven’t heard anything about tracking information, even though i wrote them an e-mail. It has been 4 weeks since i ordered, so i guess i won’t receive what i ordered or get my money back. So the only ting I have to say about this website, is that it’s fake, so stay away from it!
