I’m still waiting for an order placed in April.

Ordered the bubbles pray for pans from Instagram on 09/04/2020 and still not heard anything. Sent multiple emails and nothing back from them

Ordered April 23, have received nothing and they won’t reply to emails. Very disappointed.

I mean I would like to rate it but I can't....I did recieve the product...took a while....buuuut all the writing is in chinese so i don't know what to do with it 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ?!!x

Terrible. Waited nearly two months. Sent emails asking when my item would be here but no response. The item as arrived today. Bits of sticker blobs on small piece of paper, no instructions. Don't think this is going to work. Will never use again

Wouldn’t even give it one star, do not order anything!! It doesn’t arrive and your emails are ignored.
Please do not buy anything from this company.

Placed an order on 4/20. Tracking shows it’s still sitting in China! Have emailed twice with no response. Stay far away from this company! Checked China Post tracking & shows my item was returned to seller before it even left China 😡

Scam, does not respond for paid orders - AVOID

The worst customer service ever. It has been two months since my order. I have sent four emails no response. I will begin the charge back process. Don't waste your money on these scam artists.

Ordered 3 months ago and never received the product

Ordered 03/30/20, my credit card was charged the same day but never received product. Sent email to customer service but no response.

I placed an order on April 28th, received an email on May 2nd that the order had shipped, and my order arrived yesterday (May 27). I assumed, based on the quoted shipping times (2-4 weeks for US), that the company was located outside the US and that was correct, as my package was shipped from China. My only issue is that the only thing in the package was what I ordered—no packing slip, no instructions on how to use, etc. I’m not sure if the product will work as advertised, but otherwise I don’t have any complaints about the company or this experience.

Total scam. Ordered skin tag removal pads via facebook. Like others, the reviews were positive so placed the order. Order got accepted but no emails since, no tracking numbet, no response to my chasing emails. Asked for a refund but based on lack of contact from Hazelpick to date, but not holding out any hope they will give it to me. TOTAL SHAM. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

On April 16th I placed an order for a towel. Today is May 28th and I still haven't received it. Sent 3 emails to them with no reply from them. I did read the Facebook reviews and they were good. Next time I will go a step further and Google the company. Plus I was lead to believe these products they sell aren't from China as I will never buy from that country but I can see with the tracking number they sent it is directly from China! I am so pissed right now. I hope karma strikes them because so many have given their hard earned money for their products just to be cheated by these monsters!

A one star is more than this company deserves!! Never ever will I order from them again nor would I allow any friends or relatives to order. Never received my product and never received a reply to my numerous attempts to get some answers! Shame on Facebook for ever allowing this company to advertise on their site. It’s a total ripoff!

Very terrible. Went to buy something bc I saw their ad for skin tag removers on FB & read all the comments that were "oh so positive". My mom ended up getting a notification on her card that said "Foreign atm". She canceled her card right then & there. Go to pull up the website or search it on FB & cannot find it anywhere. Tried searching again & found this review site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! So glad we only spent $12 & was able to get it refunded. Will def start checking better on new companies I see. I normally do, but this one slipped me with all their fake positive comments.

SCAM! I order the shoe wipes on april 1,2020,and i still havent receive my product.
went back to their Facebook,all the posts were deleted.I learned my lesson.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered 3 months ago. Several emails later, the last 1 a month ago asking me to wait a further 14 days. I gave it a month. Emailed again and email returned as their mailbox is full.
Don't order from this company.

Don't buy from them! I orderd å towl in febuary, it's mor may. My last email to them today didn't egen get through. A scam.
I agree with the others they don't even diserve one star.
