This company is a fraud!! I bought their product at the end of May and I still have not received it nor i have received ANY reponse from them.

I won't ever buy from them.

They don’t even deserve 1 star, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered my stuff stuff about 8 weeks ago! They said it had been dispatched bla bla, now it’s saying it’s been delivered! Well not to me it hasn’t! So annoyed 😠

I ordered a skin serum in early April. It is not almost the end of May. I never received it. Every time I’d message them, they’d send me an email about how it takes six weeks but the tracking information repeatedly shows that it never left China. When I finally demanded my refund, they blocked my emails so that they’d just be sent right back to me. Unbelievable.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I wished I did my research on this website before placing an order. This Hazelpick site is a scam, never received my order and when I contacted them, no response.

Don't do it. This company is terrible!!!! Save your money and go to a legitimate site.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Scam company..paid for dress towel and cleaning device since 6th Apr 2020. No product received till date. No response to my emails. I have logged a complaint with my credit card company, Natwest

Absolutely terrible item.
I ordered the pressure washer. It does nothing, no better than a garden hose.
PayPal stepped in and agreed a refund if I return the item. Cost more to send back than its worth.
Avoid avoid avoid. Wish a had seen these reviews before ordering.

Ordered some wart remover patches. They came with no instructions. No effect whatsoever. Emailed them for full refund as product doesn't work. They said return item for full refund unused or 50%. I have given them 7 days then I will get refund through paypal as it's my consumer rights. Fell for the fake reviews.

Scam site - would give 0 if I could. Was supposed to be 2-3 week delivery - almost 4 months later no product. Luckily I paid by PayPal so was able to get a refund.

I ordered body scrub for 5 weeks now still not get my stuff sent them email and no response, warning this website scammed I should read reviews before.

If I could it will be negative stars. Not even 1 start. Do NOT buy from this company. They didn’t send me any order confirmation. They just took my money. There is no phone number. If you click on their webpage twitter and Facebook don’t exist. I didn’t check the credentials so Hazelpick.com has very bad reviews. Lesson learned. I will never buy from a company before reading reviews. I feel so dumb because the ad appears in Facebook and I trusted it. I disputed this transaction. I am gonna keep telling my BAD experience so other people don’t get scammed from this company. So upset.

Do not buy from this company . I wasted my money . I waited 7 weeks and nothing yet. Please don't waste your time and money.

Never gave you the ok to place my order. You have no phone number,if I'm not refunded ,I will place stop payment..HORRIBLE..!!!!

Like everyone else I wish there was a 0 or even negative number to rate them. I wonder why there are not blocked...I have the same story as others, ordered and have not received it...imagine some "smart" guys sitting somewhere and milking us like cows...I will do my best to get them blocked like a scam organization...IRS or whatever tax organization should be very happy to tax them I am sure.

I ordered a power washer that hooks up to a hose. Have heard from them once but still haven’t received product, although they did charge me for it

Dammit before I purchased something on Hazelpick I should have seen these reviews. I bought the stupid skin brightening serum too and never got my order but they took my money and it shows on my bank statement. I am going to go to my bank and try to figure out how to resolve this. The funny thing is now I cannot even go and find a confirmation email and I can’t even find the add on Facebook or anywhere. I’ve spent hours trying to find where I bought it from. It’s as if they take your money and run and block you. Do not get fooled by this advertisement!

I"M not give any even half start this products. I order some oil that removes dark spot and i only got a confirmation number, and every time i try to track my order takes me to the same page, i think this is a SCAN product, I never buy anything from Facebook advertisement,I don't know how they got me, please make this public, so they can stop doing, taking peoples money, If you Hazelpick.com have the courage to come out affront with all this allegations against you please send the money or with your products

I've created an order on 11 Feb 2020, the product never arrived. I've sent an email on 6 April 2020 to ask for follow up action and they asked me to wait 14 more days. After that I still cannot receive the product. Then I asked for full refund on 25 April 2020 and they simply just disappeared and respond nothing.
