Went to hear 4 u for what is now a regular appointment for ear irrigation,but having said that the staff are brilliant and thorough and you know everything is going to be solved in a nice calm professional way.wouldnt hesitate to recommend this service.Danny Weir

For someone who often suffers from impacted ear wax build up, I am so grateful for this Hear4U clinic. I enter the clinic hearing barely a thing and leave it to a symphony of sound. The staff are brilliant and the nurse always makes sure the wax removal process is as comfortable as possible.

Having previously been treated by Hear4U I had no hesitation in rebooking for wax removal. Once again their professionalism and friendliness made the experience relaxing and their use of a camera to explain the before and after was very reassuring.

I was treated with respect and the treatment was excellent Debbie was great. I now can hear again 😊😊

I was seen promptly by a friendly and efficient lady who explained everything clearly about what was going to happen and answered my queries clearly.

We were treated well. My husband was very glad to have his hearing back. My daughter and I were really pleased with both the staff who attended us. Very friendly and helpful. A lovely environment. Was offered a drink while I waited for my husband accompanied by my daughter. Great service.

First class experience. I was genuinely shocked by how blocked up my ears were and what came out ( what a glamorous review 😀). Would definitely recommend unreservedly if any hearing issues.

I booked to have wax removed from my left ear. My consultant was named Roger, he was very polite and informative. He talked me through the options available of water or suction for the removal. He advised the latter and did a very good job, explaining each step of the process to me. I would highly recommended Hear4u Hinckley Road Leicester, and my consultant Roger.

Was made to feel at ease. Procedure explained throughly, and was asked throughout procedure if I was ok. Very nice surroundings and made to feel comfortable.

All staff were extremely welcoming, polite and cheerful. It was my first appointment with Hear4U, Hinckley and I was put at ease as soon as I entered the clinic.
The lady that treated my ears explained what would happen and also told me exactly the process that would be undertaken.
From my experience I would certainly recommend Hear4U, Hinckley.

Had an immediate requirement as my hearing went over night due to an infection. I was booked in straight away. The team couldn’t have been more helpful. Have used Hear 4 U for a good few years now and they have always been exceptional.

The lovely ladies on reception are always very friendly and helpful. Donna is lovely and very professional, I would highly recommend going there. I've never had any issues health-wise after each time I've had my ears microsuctioned.
