I received a really good customer…

I received a really good customer service from start to finish. The agent Steve guided me through which boiler was best for my household and I got the hive as a gift. The father and son who fir it were amazing. They were thorough and cleaned up any mess. I am extremely happy with the service and purchase and would definitely recommend to others. 10/10.

Excellent experience and made it hassle…

Excellent experience and made it hassle free. I had a few questions and the customer service representative who answered had all the answers and was very knowledgeable. My installer was called Ionut Barcan. He was extremely clean, very friendly and did an amazing job. All in all this is the iPhone company equivalent of boiler purchasing.

All working

Overall, I’m pleased that the installation is now complete and the charger itself is working as expected. However, the process to get there was far more difficult than it should have been.

Communication and coordination could have been significantly better. This resulted in unnecessary disruption and time spent trying to resolve issues that should have been handled more proactively.

To their credit, the team did engage and there has been an effort to move things forward, which I appreciate. However, I do feel that a more structured and customer-focused approach and attention to detail particularly when issues arise would make a big difference.

In summary, a working end result, but the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Just wanted to share a fantastic experience

Just wanted to share a fantastic experience from start to finish.
John dealt with my calls when booking and Dean came today and fitted the boiler.
Key points for feedback are very friendly helpfull office staff and the price was cheaper than a lot of the usual suspects.
Dean was prompt polite and left our home spotless after explaining everything we needed to know about our new Worcster Bosch boiler.
Will deffo reccomend to anyone i know or hear of who is looking for a boiler.

Superb from start to finish

Today I had a battery system installed by Heatable and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.

The process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The team took the time to answer every single question I had (and I had plenty!) which I really appreciated as I like to fully understand what I’m investing in. They carefully assessed my needs and recommended the best setup for me, even advising against spending extra money on upgrades that wouldn’t have provided any real benefit. That level of honesty really stood out.

Installation day went just as well. Spencer, Franco and Cam were fantastic—professional, efficient and respectful of my home. They completed the installation to a high standard and left everything spotless afterwards. Once the system was up and running, they walked me through everything in detail, making sure I was completely comfortable with how it all works.

To top it off, I received a follow-up call from the office (thanks Jez), which really reinforced the level of care and customer service Heatable provides.

All in all, this has been a superb experience. I genuinely cannot recommend Heatable enough. Excellent job, everyone—thank you!

From the point of my first contact with Heatable to the last point if installation my boiler have had very friendly professionals and taking the extra mile to help and explain everything, Lisa, Christopher John and all have been very helpful, big thank you to everyone.

Thoroughly professional through out 5*

When the engineers came to fit and wire up the Solar Panels & battery storage, they were polite, courteous and very respectful of our property.
Simon their lead engineer explained the entire system and the operating apps very thoroughly.
I would not hesitate to recommend Heatable & their team of engineers to anyone.

Was a bit unsure about using an online…

Was a bit unsure about using an online boiler installation business initially, but so glad I did. Great price, the installer was brilliant, they could install the next day and it only took a day to complete the work.

Excellent

Dealing with Heatable over the internet and by phone - start to finish - was straightforward and stress free. The gas engineer, Ian Cockerill, they sent to fit the new boiler was excellent and very helpful. The price charged was unbeatable.

new boiler installation

From 1st quote to installation everything was 1 st class. They got back to me straight away with a quote that was pritty good & can be spread out. Communication was spot on & new boiler was installed without any issues. I would recommend them if looking for a new boiler

Solar and Alpha ess battery install.

We had 13 panels and the Alpha Ess battery installed. Had a great experience from watching YouTube through initial contact with heatable. Good progress with site visit to quick install within a month. Install team were all great, worked quickly and kept informed over some minor changes as they went all with positions of the meter. Smart lookjng and clean install. Final mcs certificate only took a week to be sent over. Our expectation was high going with heatable and they delivered.

Impressive

I was quite impressed with the professionalism and customer service of most employees. Pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced they are, the great variety of choices, and other incentives like cashback offers. Rob helped me understand the nuances between different boilers and make an informed decision.

As much as I'd have loved to leave 5 stars, forced to leave 4/5 stars as mt job was urgent and I was trying to secure next day installation with no luck- first due to the Easter long weekend and then a further day's delay due to sickness of the engineer. Then the job got delayed further as the boiler didn't arrive on time. Whilst none of these were due to any fault of Heatable, it would have been better to set realistic expectations, e.g., "we aspire to provide next day installations during the scheduled slot, but this maybe subjected to 3rd party availability/ delays".

But overall, highly recommend Heatable and wouldn't think twice about using their services again.

Easy to use website to get initial…

Easy to use website to get initial quote, followed by a more detailed system design with excellent communication from the Heatable team. Scaffolding, roofers and electricians know their stuff and answered all questions, had some small issues with suppliers not delivering, but was kept informed at all times. Would recommend Heatable for any solar install.

Very professional and competitive.

Had a single room air conditioner installed, the vendor stuck to their quote, turned up when they promised, and contacted me in advance to get photographs and a description of the house, consumer unit and location of the interior and exterior units. It's always a worry paying a new supplier up front but I'm very happy with the result.

Dan was brilliant today

Dan was brilliant today, he was here in the time frame he sent the day before, he listened when I asked if he could make sure the pipes weren't to low because my washing machine gose under my boiler. The install of the boiler went in great, Dan then spent time showing me how the new boiler works with clear instructions so thank you.

Brilliant all the way through.

From initial contact, making changes and during installation you are always updated and given updates etc on what is happening.

From first contact to installation was around 4 weeks which was quicker than initially thought.

Couldn't be more happier. Special thank you the installers at RMD and the owner Rob.
