After me initial investigation into getting a solar and battery system using the Heatable website to give an indication of the number of panels I could expect and an indicative cost I actually left it a few months before asking for a full quote and what I really appreciated was not being chased by their sales team.

The quote was very competitive when compared to another highly regarded local installer.

The installation team were all polite, friendly and professional. The installation was completed to a very high quality and very neat.

There was an unexpected hiccup during installation, but this was quickly resolved with a minimum of fuss.

Throughout the process the Heatable team provide good updates on the process and were quick to respond to any questions.

I have recommended them to friends.

Joseph and Cam, 2 excellent, professionals came to install a Gloworm boiler. Very thoughtful, they laid down sheets and took off their shoes when they needed to go upstairs on my carpet. Really nice attitude on the job, very diligent and got the job done! Just wanted to also say massive thank you to Cam for telling me about my drains being blocked when installing the flue. Today, I had them jetted before it got worse.
They did a fab job on the boiler, gave me all the information I needed to maintain and work it.

Had boiler changed after pilot light on old one wouldn't stay lit. The process was painless and the price was great. They could also install the same week, which was great.

The booking process was easy with lots of options of boilers that would be suitable for your property. Lots of availability for when to book the install. Then just had to take some photos of various parts of the house so that the engineer would be prepared. Engineer arrived on time and was friendly and efficient, really happy with the work that was done and gave clear instructions of how to use the boilers controls and left the house nice and clean.

A brilliant service, I would definitely recommend. Very easy to arrange from start to finish. The gas engineer was absolutely first class, it was not a simple job from him, as a DIY job had been done in the house in the past, but nothing was a bother to him. Superb.

Installers turned up on time and quickly got to work. They removed the old boiler and modified the existing plumbing to fit the new one also fitting a magnetic filter to the system. They installed a wi fi transmitter as well so the boiler can be controlled throughout the house.
They went up the attic to install a new flue and secured it properly. Not easy in my attic. They then filled the system and made sure it was all working correctly before showing me how to use the controller. All work took about 6 hours and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Excellent work.

heatable sent a great plumber. spanish guy called miguel, to swap my broken boiler for a new one. good plumber, friendly & explained what he was up to as he was going too, which is helpful.

i had ordered a couple of parts too many too. miguel told heatable & i had an email about the partial refund before the job was even finished.

the virtual pre-work inspection they do was good. fast customer service with emails. good plumber. would recommend heatable👍

I have been holding off on this but the experience I have had with heatable has been utterly dreadful. The installation went ok left a bit of a mess but let that slide until the engineer said that they need an electrician to finish it off so left an extension lead draping across my garage. A week went by and no word so I called and said they would call be back…not phone call. This happened 4 times over 2 weeks no response. In the meantime I couldn’t charge our car as it tripped out the heating. On the fifth attempt after an angry call they arranged and engineer in just over a weeks time, the time came and they cancelled as had a sick child arranged for 2 days time…fair enough…two day came cancelled again was sick themselves so now pushed it to following week. On the Monday I confirmed with the aftercare team they were coming and had to take the day off…never turned up! And since then the aftercare team have gone dark. Called again today angrier than ever and was promised another call back and guess what nothing. I am still waiting for this to be fixed and writing this will probably hinder that but I have to share how appalling the customer service and experience has been. Do yourself a favour use another company because as soon as you pay the money they don’t care and hound you for a review (hence the good rating)

We knew our existing boiler was on the way out but our existing plumber could not do an install till June. I had been watching your videos on YouTube, mostly around boiler reviews but then turned to your web site. When we realised we could chose one and pick an install date so easily, it just made sense. The checkout process also great, was good to see a list of what was included and what we had added as an extra. All in all pretty painless! Installers were great too, they arrived on time and were done by 3pm.

Very helpful communications to ensure that the correct boiler was offered. Exceptional service in fitment, which in this case wasn't an easy job since the boiler location had to change.
