The Heatfactors Ltd. team has been recommended by a few neighbours and I highly recommend them further for a very professional and prompt service. The boiler broke down a week before Christmas and the team outdone themselves by having a first visit, accurate estimates, order in and delivered, old appliances changed and new ones ready to go all in just 4 days. Darren and Jake helped us have new boiler and flue pipes installed right before Christmas, all personal has been kind and professional, respectful of the house.

I’ve just had a new boiler fitted by Heatfactors. They put the original central heating in about 25 years ago and I haven’t had any issues at all. It’s lovely to see two men I first meet when they were apprentices making such a good job of running the company. I would highly recommend them and the rest of their team.

Had a new boiler fitted by Heatfactors, and was recommended them by a neighbour.
I like that they are local, and you can just pick up the phone and speak to someone without having to go through endless menus and then end up with someone hundreds of miles away who sounds like they really couldn't care about your call anyway!

Darren and Jack were the guys who did the work for us, and everything was done very neatly and efficiently. They were as unobtrusive as possible and took pains to tidy up thoroughly after the work was done. Very welcome.

Messaged this morning about a leaking radiator and it was fixed along with a full boiler service by 2pm ..... fantastic service!

Quick result on low shower pressure. The shower now functions as it should do.

First class service, arrived on time, very helpful and quick to carry out work required.

Darren and the team were outstanding in removing old and fitting new rads in our new apartment. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Would recommend highly - very reliable company and easy to work with.

I’ve used Heatfactors for boiler service for years and have only received excellent service from them. This time I had a new combi boiler fitted, this was done over 2 days, there was a small gas leak discovered on the 2nd day and this was promptly dealt with by the engineer Darren and had the gas board attending within half an hour. This company have been great from start to finish , from putting down floor protection to full explanation of boiler and hive system installed, would definitely recommend them.

Darren solved my problem radiators in about 10 minutes. He also made a helpful suggestion about renewing all my thermostats when the weather is warmer. I will certainly follow this up. Excellent service

Great, annual boiler service completed as scheduled, efficiently and without mess. Much appreciated. Boiler fitted by same firm, one year prior, with no issues arising since install.

This was the first time I had used Heat factors, which was on the recommendation of a neighbour. The engineer called in advance to say he was on his way, and he and an apprentice completed the boiler service in about half an hour. He even changed a wrongly-valued fuse that had been fitted on initial installation. The certificate followed a couple of hours later.
Highly recommended.

I have been a Heatfactors customer for many years now . On a recent visit from Darren he said my boiler had reached the end of its life , he explained in detail why . I received a quote and a date for fitting the new boiler quickly . Darren is a very competent engineer my new boiler was fitted and up and running in a day . The area was left tidy and clean . Once again 10/10 to Darren and Heatfactors I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them .
