I have been using Heatfactors for many years, including having the boiler replaced by them. I find them very reliable, pleasant to deal with, and good at communicating about when they come, and anything I need to know about the heating system.

Replacement Boiler
This was a replacement boiler so we were able to establish a convenient date for fitting. Darren phoned 30 minutes before arrival. He quickly put down protection around the work area. The old boiler was quickly removed and the new one installed using the existing hole for the flue and pipework. All the old system and waste was removed.
The new boiler was commissioned and tested and Darren ran through the operation and controls, and installed our usual program. All very smooth, no hiccups, neat and tidy.
I would have no problem recommending Heat Factors.

Heatfactors have been looking after our and our wider family's central heating maintenance needs since the late 1980's when my parents had a full system installed by one of the businesses founders and in the early 2010's on a full system house extension inc underfloor system for us. Most recently Darren did a full boiler replacement for us and executed the job, including new Hive controller, flawlessly, in a single day. His attention to detail, care and clean working were a pleasure to experience.

Darren & Kieran were at our property throughout and helped us with a major refurb of our heating and hot water system - the work proved to be far more challenging than anticipated but they explained the issues clearly and helped come up with solutions to resolve and get us to where we wanted to get to.

Was recommended Heatfactors for a plumbing emergency. Darren got to us even before the allotted time and promptly fixed the leaks, clearly explaining all that he was doing and why. Will certainly use again.

When my old boiler stopped working, Darren came promptly to assess the problem and, sadly, found it was beyond repair, leaving me without hot water and heating. Heatfactors came up with the goods and Darren came on a Saturday to fit the new boiler. He is conscientious, thorough and meticulous. He fitted the new boiler and spent time checking everything was working properly. He explained what he was doing and kept me informed about timing. I'm very grateful to him for giving up part of his weekend.
