Darren very efficiently fitted our new Hive system and serviced the boiler. He was very knowledgeable and also very patient in helping me get Hive to remove the previous hub from my account (from a previous house) and get the new one on despite this adding another task to his already busy day.
He kept me fully informed about the boiler service and the Hive system and did a great job in both. He is probably the tidiest engineer I have ever had working on a boiler as you would never know he had been there! It was a delight to meet him and I can’t recommend him enough.

Darren came back despite complications with the service agreement.
He was considerate and very efficient in sorting the boiler issue.

We put in an emergency call to Heatfactors mid-day Friday when we lost our heating and gas hob, thinking we might be in for a cold weekend. But Darren arrived within a couple of hours and managed to get us back up and running in no time. Great service from Heatfactors and Darren. We have used them for all our gas and plumbing problems for many years now and are always happy with the service.

Darren & Craig arrived promptly to replace our ageing boiler. They were very pleasant, tidy and knowledgeable and finished the job quicker than expected.
They had the new boiler up and running showed us the new controls and the area cleaned and tidied as if nothing had happened - highly recommended for an excellent job

I have always found Heatfactors to be reliable, effective and courteous. They installed a new boiler (quite an unusual install) c 10 years ago and have serviced it since then, all done to a high standard.

Heatfactors fitted our boiler 10 years ago and made an excellent job of it. Every annual service since has been efficient, on time and carried out thoroughly.

Heatfactors Ltd undertook two jobs for me - a service on the central heating boiler & fitting a single lever kitchen tap. The engineer spotted Carbon Monoxide leakage from the boiler's heat exchanger - a most fortunate find! Vailant's engineer was called & the new parts fitted. The new tap works a treat. Darren (engineer) came again and certified the boiler as 5* and was thorough and courteous in all his work. I can recommend!
