I worked as a construction manager for nigh on 50 years and have dealt with various trades of subcontractors over the period, some bad, some good, and some, a very few were exceptional. These guys fall into the latter category. I would have no hesitation in recommending HeatGlow to anyone.

Excellent service, on-line booking was simple and followed up with regular emails confirming appointment, arrival time etc.. Karl arrived on time, was polite, professional and knowledgeable throughout the visit and explained everything thoroughly! Great customer service, I will definitely use again and would recommend!

Had a new Worcester boiler fitted. The service from HeatGlow was first class. Communication was great from beginning to end and Karl the engineer did a great job fitting and cleaning up after. Would highly recommend 👍

1st time we arrange a service of our boiler. It was easy to arrange, and kept in the loop from start to finish.
Engineer was polite, friendly, respectful of property, experienced and had to get a new part and was back within the hour. Price for the full service and part, was reasonable.
I would highly recommend HeatGlow.
We will be arrnaging furture services with them.

Easy to book, excellent communication, and Karl, who attended to do our boiler service, was fantastic. This is the second time we have used HeatGlow and would highly recommend them.

We used HeatGlow for the installation of our Worcester Bosch combi boiler 5 years ago. Since then, we have had our boiler serviced annually by HeatGlow who are always punctual, always on time, and the engineers are always professional and polite.

Excellent service.Arrived promptly and fitted new boiler as required.Polite,informative and helpful.I have used Gareth and his team before on my own property and he has been extremely reliable.Also we have had no issues with the Worcester Boiler recommended unlike boilers in the past.This time Karl fitted a new boiler for my Mum and did a great job.So she is now safely set up with 10year warranty moving forward.Many thanks to everybody on the team!Heartily recommend to others needing new boiler/boiler work.Eryl
