I had bought 2x dresses for my wedding in March
1x dress had been sent in the wrong size than ordered
The other was just not suitable
I messaged numerous occasions for and they agreed to refund less 20%
I agreed I sent the dresses back in January cost £60 the dresses was around £150 each
The have recieved the package in the depot in China but have not been delivered
I called asked if they would get in contact with Depot so they can be delivered
I have still not had any refund this is a disgrace
I have recently sent another email await there response again
Do not buy from this company the service is terrible
I will update if I manage to get my refund

My daughter's prom dress came and it's beautiful. The measurements I sent are spot on and she can't wait to wear it

I was only asked if I had received my order. I replied that I have not. What is there to write a review about?

It’sa beautiful dress the only thing is the corset bit was little bendy but apart from that it’s fab 100% 👏🏻 do great for my prom

Both dresses did not fit me, they are very tight. I struggle to put it on . Unable to put on the dress, no space on the side for tailor to ammend.
Pls, I need to return it as it cannot be amended. I cannot afford to loose such amount of Money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my wedding dress from this site. When it arrived it was the wrong dress. When I attempted to return it I found out that it was made in China. It was suggested I gift the dress or sell it privately. Finally after over a week of around 49 emails to and from they agreed to refund the dress but was informed I would not receive the shipping fee or return back. This was over £60. I think it is really poor that they make out as though they’re a Uk company when in fact their return address is China.

Please, please do not buy from this company, they will find hundred and one reason not to accept your returns and the quality of their products is under par. Cheap stuff at cheap price. I now have two wedding dresses that are no good and I have learned my lesson to not fall for these types of company.☹️😢😡

I ordered a wedding dress from here was very, very weary at first ordering online because it’s for my big day. Received it this morning and it’s exactly like the picture, the measurements I provided are perfect and material is great. The detail on it matches the picture it’s just simply stunning. I’ve been worried reading some of the reviews but I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase and the dress is beautiful on. Also came on time and have had no issues.

Size is very very bad

I THINK THIS COMPANY ARE SWEAT SHOP SCAMMERS WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS DRESSES ARE VERY POOR QUALITY AND YOU CANNOT RETURN FOR REFUND - AFTER ABOUT 20 MAILS THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL CHARGE 15% FOR RE-STOCKING DRESSES THAT ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - SO EVEN IF I RECEIVE A REFUND IT WILL HAVE COST ME AROUND £50 FOR NOTHING !!!

Absolutely rubbish!
I ordered my dress for a wedding, my wedding. Dress should come on 7th and it was showing on website it is still under tailoring. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone there! Then when I finally did, some lady apologised and send dress should come over a week. I told her it’s too late then she ask me could I use it for other occasion? Really wedding dress… then they offer me 40% refund but I said I want full refund as this is all their fault! The worst thing is that the dress which I ordered I found on AliExpress but did cost me £200 just £40. AVOID this website. If you really want to buy a dress look for it on AliExpress as it is cheaper and exactly same.

Was abit nervous buying my wedding dress online. But honestly I am over the moon with it. It's exactly what I want in a dress and came in amplys of time for the wedding. 100% but that dress

Kept me informed of progress and delivered on first day of window.
Unfortunately the wedding dress was packed so tightly in a too small package that I will now have to pay for it to be professionally pressed though.

I want to return this but cannot get an answer on how to do it.

Absolute Joke. I ordered a wedding dress from them as the photo was absolutely stunning. I went up two dress sizes as I know they can come in small at times and could have it altered if need be.

Well…. Dress arrives, way too small, awful quality and nothing like the dress advertised.

I contacted them immediately to which I kept getting unable to submit your request try again later. This went on for two days. Eventually found another email and contacted them.

I was then told I ordered a size too small and I must now take photos of my measurements and of the dress and send it to them as it’s my fault. I replied I will not be sending photos as I know what size I am and even went two sizes up on your website.

I then got a email offering me 20% back as a gesture of good will…. REALLY!!!! Their website states the following:

In the event that a product does not meet our quality standards, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
1. Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 14 days upon receiving your item(s).
Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at Contact Us and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

So now why is it so hard to get a refund. They are con artist and playing with Brides and peoples emotions. Its discussing. Please I ask you all to think twice about ordering from here.

I have contacted Trading Standards and know my rights. I have also contacted
my Bank and luckily I paid on a Credit Card. So I have claimed a charge back. I am awaiting the decision from the Bank but I know it will work in my favour as their website states 14 days to return and now they refusing the return.

Easy to order, quick turnaround time, recieved order earlier than anticipated, dress fits perfectly! And absolutely beautiful. My daughter is in love with her grad dress!

The dress did'nt fit me and is for an important event so I can't returned no exchange. I'm not happy.
