I received my order and I'm very unhappy with the quality.
This company is making it very difficult to return the item.

Dress was perfect. It fit great and looked exactly like the pictures. Fabric doesn’t feel cheap for the price.

My dress was poorly made. The reviews on this site are false and photos in the reviews are stolen from other reputable websites from other brides, they are ALL staged. It’s sad that Hebeos is doing this to brides on a budget. It’s a scam. Do not order from here, it is not worth it. I’m hoping to get a refund and get my money back so I can put it towards a decent dress but by the looks of other peoples experiences - I won’t get a refund nor will I receive good customer service. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

This is a total fake DO NOT buy a thing from this site they don’t it respond to you and also won’t give you a return. This site is the same as Stacees, nothing but a con.

It's beautiful and really nice material. I like the shimmer/sparkle in the skirt. I ordered the Lavender and the color really is very pretty. The bust is a little too big but I can add some padding to fill it in. Order to delivery time was only a few weeks with very fast shipping. Can't wait to see my daughter all dolled up for prom in it. They are a scam and disgusting!! They should be ashamed ruining what should be a woman's most exciting special day.

Sending a dress that is awful but when trying to return they offer you £30 or tell you to return it back to China but pay for your own postage (with no guarantee they will even admit they have received it back and return your money) when you spent £200 on a dress that isn't nice and cannot be worn!

Not only am i £200 now out of pocket i now have to find a wedding dress for my wedding in 3 weeks time!

I ordered my wedding dress and received confirmation very quickly, however I then heard nothing from the company and began to panic as I had seen so many bad review for this company. HOWEVER my dress has arrived 1 day over their estimated delivery time and it’s AMAZING! I can’t believe I ever doubted them with the product that has arrived.

I should have known Hebeos were SCAMMERS when I noticed the PayPal Option was not available. I ordered my daughter a prom dress that is still in production and it should have been shipped 14 days after order and the dress was due to arrive no later than 4/29/2024. Prom is this week and my daughter dress still has not shipped. Hebeos says to be patient. I have no time to make alterations and where will my daughter finds a dress within 4 days. This COMPANY IS SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE BANNED. I’m filing a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and Econsumers to have this site flagged as CRIMINALS and to pursue further investigation for criminal charges filed for malicious intentionally frauding customers. This site is built with intent to scam and BUYERS BEWARE…..

If I could rate 0 I would. Please do not give your money to these people as they WILL NOT accept returns. Not sure how they can run an online business and not have a returns procedure. In a battle with them at present. Awful company DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

One of the worst company's ive ever dealt with. Ordered my daughter a prom dress, when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture and then the company expected me to pay return postage. Cheap chinese money grabbing sites as always that try and offer every solution apart from taking responsibility for their clear mistakes and give you a refund like you request.

I am yet to receive my wedding dress. I get married in four days

Item never arrived and they won’t give a refund they won’t refund me they asked me to send screen shot of my house which I’ve done they’re like oh we will update you soon and then they say nothing don’t buy from here!

Should be in breach of false advertising! Waited 6 weeks for my dress. Poor quality and stitched incorrectly. E-mailed back and forth with an eventual offer of 25% off a dress I couldn't wear. I contacted PayPal dispute, so Hebeos relented and offered a full refund on return (to an obscure address in CHINA). Tracked the package for 8 months, where it remained in a depot for 8 months. The dress was returned to me today as the address does not exist! I would rate in the minuses, if possible
