I ordered a dress in the right size for my measurements, the dress came and the quality was poor, the pleated bits on the front where all different widths at each end, the bust area was very high ! So unless your bust is on your shoulders they wouldn’t fit in! The gap between the bust and shoulders was far to small and the arm holds where tiny! The skirt didn’t lie right even when just hung on a hanger!
I was so excited to receive it only to be disappointed, contacted customer service who were not helpful at all! Suggested taking it to a local tailor to be fixed!! When asking to return they take off 15% to restock and you pay postage !

Please avoid. All dresses are coming from China, absolutely impossible to return something. Of course, the colours on the website do not match the reality, sizing is off. Caused a lot of frustration when contacting them, sent all pictures as requested, just to be told that I should tailor it myself and they will return 10% of the cost.

Left with neighbour but package said signed for by my name! So I had to knock on neighbours doors by chance to see if they had my parcel

I bought a prom dress on February 2024 itd been about two to three months. They said it will be delivered by March but still I haven't heard from them. I sent them email twice no response and no number to contact. I think they're fraudsters

I ordered my dress costing £158.80 for my sons wedding on 13th March 2024. I received an email stating I will receive my dress by 7th April the latest. When I enquired about the progress, 5 days ago, I was then told its about to go into construction etc. Loads of excuses. But the fact of the matter is I'm without my dress. I have now requested a full refund, and there proposing to only give me 50% of my money back, when there in breach of there own policy/contract. What an insult. I am know instructing my lawyer to deal with this matter and report them to the BBB Better Business Bureau. Please be careful when your parting with your hard earned money. Do not use them. They make up their own rules as they go along.

This company is a total scam. They never mention that they don’t accept returns for regular sized dresses. Even when they agreed to refund me and after I paid to send back the dress, they never did! Hebeos shouldn’t be allowed to do business in the UK

RUN!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! The dress I ordered in the colour champagne came in looking like pure tobacco/teabag... Awful colour. The bottom of the dress was not hemmed at all. Looked as if a child took a pair of scissors and cut around the bottom of it. I sized myself and ordered the size that was my exact fit and the dress was huge! This company does not take returns even though it states on their website that they do. Instead they ignore you!! Costumer service is complete trash. $300 down the drain for me. First wedding dress shopping experience from HELL!! Please don't waist your time!! I beg of you, you will be disappointed I promise you that! Save your time and money and just don't!!!!

Do.not shop on this website,delivery is a joke NO customer service to support!My mam has been trying to cancel her order for days by reaching out to Hebeos but there just isn't anyone responding.
This is a special order as it is for my mams mother of the bride outfit.
We are going to have to take this to trading standards as this just isn't acceptable. No delivery updates,nothing and my wedding is just Iver 5 weeks away.
Stay away everyone!!!

My wedding dress hasn’t come, I get married in June!

The dress did not arrive on time, very misleading. I had the dress customised and it still didn’t fit, too big wouldnt stay on and dont have the time now to have it altered further, it also had no shape was awful on, the material was all caught. So it’s now in the bin, total waste of money, you get what you pay for cheap crap! Avoid

The dress hasn't been delivered

I ordered my dress around the end of February. My dress said it would come from the 23rd to the 29th of march, it is now the 1st of April. No one is responding to costumer service. Very stressed and angry

I bought 4 bridesmaids dresses. The colour was not as seen in website. I submitted request to return as oer their return policy and also sent an email but got no response. I tried again a few days later and again Sent an email requesting to return, still no answer. Si basically you can't return anything you buy!!!

I've still not received my daughter prom dress I paid the 15.00 delivery and FedEx want 10.27 to deliver I'm not happy with the service not even a contact number so I can speak to someone. Can anyone help .

The dresses were itchy, not really the color i wanted. I understand that they’re cheap price but one of them looked like a kid’s dress.

I am yet to receive my dress and bag which was due to arrive 3 days ago. I have tried emailing to find out what is happening. But I have had no reply. I have also been checking the tracker but it seems to be stuck in tailoring.

Firstly do not buy, will not arrive on time.
Do not be fooled by the pictures.
REFUND POLICY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! WE SHOULD ALL BE ENTITILED TO A FULL REFUND WITHOUT A FULL EXPLANATION WITHIN THE 14 DAY POLICY.

Our daughter is really pleased with her prom dress, it arrived quickly, two weeks from ordering, and it is lovely. A heavy double layer skirt, with voile overlay which is beautifully decorated with lace motifs. She put it on straight away, it wasn't creased or screwed up at all. Excellent value and service.. I did order a size up, which I'm pleased about, and it fits beautifully. SJ
