Avoid Avoid Avoid, I received my dress, unfortunately it didn't fit, the colour wasn't what I ordered, poor quality. Emailed them with photos attached, asked for details of return and refund. I've received email back saying for me to take it to a tailor to be altered and 10% credited, no mention on how to return, or full refund. Customer service shocking. I guess you get what you pay for, this company should be avoided, wish I read reviews before I purchased.

I don’t know what is going on. I did not get any email saying my item was shipped. No tracking number. Now I am being asked if I got my item.
NO I did not get my item.
Also no one will respond to my customer service emails. Very worried I’m out 250 dollars. Time to investigate

Hebeos and other companies all use the same photot, just pasting different heads (look at the pictures), the copy and paste exactly the same reviews that they write themselves. I ordered wedding dress that never arrived. I was fooled and misleaded with delivery dates. I asked once about the dress built in bra, since then every few days I was getting the same reply over and over repeatitive... I was told to just 'be patient and wait' which I find very rude, customer service is SHOCKING. The dresses are made in China, you'll be lucky to receive your order at all. One week to my wedding and I am left with no dress and no money. Wish I saw these bad reviews before I wasted my money. Website now reported for scam and my solicitor will deal with lost money. I am absolutely disappointed and raging deep inside!

I am surprised how beautiful and wonderful this dress is. Fits perfect !!!! Looks amazing I can move around no problem. A few lose threads unfortunately but barely noticeable and I LOVE IT ❤️

This is a SCAM. The company uses pictures from the internet and creates poor quality copies. The dress fitted and was well made, but the materials were cheap and nasty, and the dress bore no resemblance to what I had ordered. I wish I could attach pictures to show how shocking the dress was. The money back guarantee is a pack of lies. The party line that they keep repeating is that the garments may vary slightly depending on lighting and fabric batches!! I was initially offered 13% discount and it took a further 15 exchanges before I was offered my money back. Even then the offer didn’t include shipping, so I still ended up £60 out of pocket. Disgusting

I ordered my dress on the 15th of February 2024 and was told delivery would be between 14th of march -21th of march but I am unable to check for updates as it keeps saying my order number is invalid and I'm now starting to panic as my wedding is in A months time and I still have no dress

Decent size swatches so you can judge the true colour before you order the dress, postage a little expensive but saves the gamble of picking from an online photo. Avoids disappointment when the dress arrives and colour is darker or lighter than expected.

Do not waste your money! I paid extra for a custom fit and the dress arrived too big. I wouldn’t have minded that so much as I could have gotten it altered. The issue was it was too short! I am wearing flats but added an extra 2 cm to my measurment but it arrived 5cm too short. They have had the audacity to offer a 10% refund. I literally sent the same measurements to another company and the dress is perfect for the fraction of the price! Update on my order, I am taking this company through Small Claims Court as my dress was definitely manufactured 5cm too short!

I seriously wouldn’t buy anything from this company. I paid extra for custom made. I ended up having to take the dress to a local dressmaker as it was out by 4inches each side! I was simply told I’d get 10% refund, which doesn’t even cover the extra I paid to have it custom made, let alone what I had to pay the local dressmaker. The dress was delivered in ripped packaging and looked like it was just shoved in the bag. From reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, not a nice way to treat people! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dress was a mess, packed into a tiny bag full of wrinkles and rolled up in a ball, then only to find that the dress was way to small, I'd ordered and paid for a size 14,what I got was a size that wouldn't even fit a friend and she's very tiny, the trouble I had to get a refund was the worst shopping experience with their customer services I have ever experienced, I even have an email from Vivian the lady dealing with me stating our bank is not refunding you, WE Win!!!!!!! I will be advising the public to stay clear of this company, an absolute shambles

Dress is beautiful, I ordered in Feb but was a made to measure order it said expected by 3rd to 9th of march I received it today. It’s going to need to be taken in a little as it’s been made a little to big for me around the waist however can I just say thank you so much. The dress is amazing, better than expected the length and time taken to make it was totally worth it! The only reason for one less start is I emailed to chase but never got a response so just needed an update of when I would receive it as it said pending for ages. I was skeptial ordering online but I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in this dress!!!

Ignore the returns policy, it is not valid; even for standard sizes and not made to measure. Again as someone suggested in an earlier you are advised to donate the dress if you don’t like it. Expensive shipping costs and long wait for the dress to be made, couloir is not what’s advertised. Truly awful business…

Please do not buy a dress from here!!! I ordered a dress in a standard size so should be 100 percent refundable, I paid £35 for delivery, I cancelled before they sent it to me and was only given a partial refund and still had to pay for the delivery !!! Now I understand that cancellation must be done within 24 hours to get a full refund so I sort of understand that I was only given a partial refund but it shouldn’t make a difference given that they had not sent it out yet and it was not a custom size, I also still had to pay for delivery even though it was never posted! So luckily for Hebeos they were able to put my money for delivery in their own pockets I hope they enjoy my money! the customer service was appalling, it was ok at first but then as soon as I mentioned cancellation I was GHOSTED until I emailed repeatedly over a number of days

Haven't received anything since the initial confirmation of my order about three weeks ago. I tried checking up on the website, but cannot seem to get anywhere. I don't know when to expect my dresses and need them by a specific date. Not very impressed.
