I've had no problems with Hedgehog…

I've had no problems with Hedgehog straight forward and easy to use.
It's all on line so quick and easy. Speaking online to Emily was really easy and she was so helpful able to answer any questions. Just what you need. Thanks again Emily.

In tears

In tears, checked policy update and quote for changing my vehicle due to being sold an unsafe car by a dealer

Said it would be £47 cheaper so arranged to purchase a new car

14 days later the quote jumps on the day I need to amend my policy to £280 charge

Left me in tears, feel so upset at how insurance companies can quote and then change this within days.

George dealt with my cancelling for my late father-in-laws claim, he was very fast and effective and so understanding, what a wonderful gentleman, and great service provided

Everything is online even when you ask…

Everything is online even when you ask a question and then when answered by AI automated system you seem to go round and around in circles until you figure out yourself how to perform task. Its frustrating when the system does not tell you what information is required.
