I find the Hello Neighbour team very efficient, with speedy responses to queries and any work that needs doing is organised well and at a decent price. Can't recommend the Hello Neighbour team more highly!

Terrible platform, one of the worst I've ever used. For a start, there is no in-built messenger between enquiries and landlord - who came up with this obscene arrangement, if you are an ONLINE agent?! The idea is that you are supposed to call back every single enquiry left under your ad - why would you want that and not just email back your questions and filter them through this way 100 quicker and more efficient?!
Secondly, you have to call them to turn the ad off, there is no option at all to manually turn off advertising. I am sorry, what?! Who came up with it? It gets even worse - I had to call twice about one ad, because the guy said he'd do it but obviously never did, so I had to call AGAIN to turn the ad off. Absolutely awful. Will never use it again.

This company has been excellent in finding good tenants and looking after them and myself as the landlord. Josh has been my property manager and always exceptionally efficient and responsive, which I truly appreciate.

These guys were excellent, top notch service from day one until my tenants were in the property. Carlo and Isabella were really personable and professional and very responsive to any communications from me. I would highly recommend these guys over and above bricks and mortar agents in London that are a complete rip-off now.
