Great product, quick delivery and great price.
Have recommended to many of my friends !

The service from the representative was courteous, clear and timely. Unfortunately, they were not able to really resolve my issue. Apparently they are able to provide subscription orders purely on a monthly basis. Periods other than a single month (2 months, 3 months, etc.) are not possible. Not very customer friendly. Products are exceptional.

I reached out to them asking for help for my libido. The provider promised that they had plenty of options if the first one didn't work. But when it didn't, I reached out and he immediately told me to go see someone in person. No other suggestions. No other ideas. Nothing.

I reached out to customer service for help and they said that he's "clearly" offering me other products. Lady WHERE??? Circle it and point at it because it's not there.

It's a scam and a bait and switch. The meds don't work and they refuse to refund their snake oil product and service. They write off providers and gaslight. I'm just done.

The smell and taste of the lube was great. The slickness was great. The only thing was it was a little thin and would get a little sticky quicker than some others we’ve tried. So had to use more than we normally use. Overall, very good product

Four days in and the only difference is the peppery burps.

The products silicone head isn't flexible enough. Still snapping and breaking after repeated use.

The customer service team is wonderful! They reply quickly and they resolve issues in a timely manner. I am a fan for life if not just for their products, but the way they stand behind them.

I had an issue and contacted Hello Cake and I got a reply back within 12 hours. They sent me a replacement toy :) the employee that helped me was very nice as well.

Had some problems with a product and I contacted them and they replaced it without any issues.

Turn around time was quick.

It’s amazing when it works but the longevity really needs work.

The Solo Lube/Lotion is very enjoyable, and it certainly gets the job done. The desensitization spray is meh, but it's fair for the price point.
