Making life easier when dealing with HMRC

I switched to Helpbox UK

I switched to Helpbox UK
from my previous accountancy firm after coming across them on YouTube, and I’m very pleased I made the move.

This was my first personal tax return with them and the whole process was straightforward, easy to follow, and handled in a timely manner. Communication was clear throughout and everything was dealt with professionally.

I’m also very happy with the software they recommend and include as part of their monthly fee, as it keeps things simple and easy to manage.

A special thanks to Jeb Sardido for handling my 25/26 tax return. Excellent service throughout.

I was introduced to this company through a friend

I was introduced to this company through a friend and have been using the service for about a month. So far, my experience has been positive. Everything was explained clearly, and the company has come across as well organised and professional. As I’ve only been using the service for a short time, I’d be happy to leave a further review in the future once I’ve had more experience with it.

I have felt overwhelmed with the process of dealing with my accounts, not understanding freeagent. Emily Pearce walked it through with me, kept things simple but made sure I understood fully before moving on. She was human which is pretty rare in customer service, polite and understanding. Thank you Emily for making what I felt, a daunting task much easier to deal with
