Great fast service. Really genuine part.

Best price anywhere. Excellent quality product. Arrived to NZ in one week. A good wide range of products.

Easy to find parts required, good prices and delivery was prompt

I placed and paid for an order to Australia during their recent sale. They promoted an additional 10% off for first time buyers who signed up for the news letter.

I followed up to see if the 10% discount had been applied to my order. They paused my order, I then had to wait several days and show them emails of my sign up before they sent me the sign up code and instructions to cancel the order and reorder with the code.

However at that time their sale had ended and now the items were more expensive than my original purchase even with the discount code.

They took forever to reply and misslead me and would not honour my original purchase.

I highly recomend partworks.de or sparesto instead of heritage - they stock more items from better manufacturer too and better peice (for my orders).

When will you deliver that?

Ordered a part from them three and a half weeks ago. Was told delivery would be in one weeks time -fine happy to wait. Had to chase them up repeatedly eventually got an email reply back days later saying order delayed but would arrive that week. Never arrived and no information at all from them.
Have spent last week and a half peppering them with emails requesting a refund with absolute silence from them.
Do not ever use them ever. Absolutely appalling customer service.
I’m annoyed at even giving them one star.

Always 5 star rating .

Parts delivered quickly

I love that Heritage Parts curates the brands they sell. Sometimes it's hard for me to pick out quality parts from all the c-quality repro garbage, and so far I only bought well made products from Heritage. It builds trust.

Terrible service, when the order arrived the quality made the service look great.. Spent 2500 for the majority to not even be able to fitted to the car due to the atrocious quality,

I stopped purchasing from them because every time I bought something, my email was used for spamming. It feels like I’m not only paying for their products but also giving away my personal data for them to abuse it.

This goes against my GDPR rights. I have asked them three times to stop, but they ignored my requests. As a result, I have reported the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
