The only reason that you might see good reviews it is because they pay for false reviews
They are not in the UK
They do not ship it from the uk if they say they do they are not telling you the truth
No label on the cloths we received

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Terrible company, AWFUL product - wrong colour, material, not even a single label on washing instructions !!!! It was delayed as it came from
China which was misleading on website as it said it’s from UK. When I tried to return they claimed their returns policy was clear but the dummy return policy link does not work ! Their response is :

It’s outrageous how these Chinese companies are getting away !

SCAMMERS! Beware - don't use this company.
They present as being UK based, however, it would seem they are not. Sent me two shoddy items that I have since paid to return to them for a particial refund (they were reluctant to agree any kind of refund). Over 5 months later, I am still chasing and am being fobbed off! I have no hope of receiving any kind of refund despite both items costing over £200!

Items completely different to that ordered and company consistently deny despite photos showing obviously different. No ownership of return despite stated policy and no intention to refund

This brand is a scam. Ordered a gold, lovely-looking dress for £60 plus postage. I received a see-through baby pink fabric in the wrong size. I asked for a return since that colour would not work. Not only did it take over 20 emails to get them to accept to send me back 40% of the cost, since they also refused to do a full refund, even though their policy says they would refund if it was their mistake. They actually never sent me the money. This brand is a scam and you should avoid buying from them!

I ordered a €75 ladies suede Jacket which was posted from China to my surprise, when the Jacket turned up it was not what I ordered and it was only fit for the bin as it was such cheap quality - it would have fitted a large man, very badly made and a horrible colour not like the picture. I contacted Herwicks who gave me the run around in trying to return it to them to which I did and I kept a postal receipt, however, they refused me a refund by denying they received the jacket back despite the Postal Receipt submitted to them and they still claim 4 months down the line that they are still waiting to receive it and that when they finally receive it then they will issue a refund - they are Scammers and should be shut down so be warned.

Do not buy from this company it is a scam - shoes not good quality and when I asked to return they said 60 to 70 euros total in shipping costs! So don't waste your money

RIP OFF SITE - indicating they are based in UK & actually Hong Kong with weeks before delivery. Ordered “good quality Polo Shirts” which came two months later and were actually very cheap, round collar undergarment tops and nothing like the photos on the site. Didn’t notice all the poor reviews until after I ordered.

I ordered a brown leather sheepskin coat. When it eventually arrived it was a black cloth scrappy material with false scrappy sheepskin. As thin as tissue paper.
Now I and trying to return it and they are trying very hard for me not to send it back.

Sent me a polyester outfit cost £50 . Arrived too late for the event I needed it for. Tried to return said I had to pay 30 euros to return.

Awfull, orderd some clothing arrived and what a load of crap, cheap quality at really expensive prices, avoid!! Avoid!!

What utter shite!! And looking at the label on the blazer it reads ‘and I quote’ “SHIT SHIRT CLUB”. DONOT WHAT EVER YOU BUY from this bunch of con artists. I ordered a blazer and trouser set for £86.00 way over priced on receiving my half baked order- retro 60s style. After 1.5 weeks I received only the blazer but no trousers !! They got me with my ‘trousers down’ so to speak. Looking at the quality of it , I was completely diddled for that price. This site should be reported to the ombudsman and taken off the web to prevent other people like myself from being conned.

To say utterly disgusting service implies there’s been any kind of service to begin with!

I bought a CASHMERE jumper clearly stated as CASHMERE on the website and what arrived was a polyester and acrylic jumper.

I also purchased a PREMIUM SUEDE AND SHEEPSKIN JACKET, stated as such on the website however what arrived was a flimsy poor quality item made of polyester!

Tried to contact them for a refund and they maintain the correct items were sent! Absolutely fuming.

Ordered two cashmere jumpers - arrived a month later not cashmere tried to return don’t take returns, offered 20 refund and keep goods !! They are based in china tell you all about being green - total rubbish

I wish I had read the reviews before. They have a great looking website but the clothes are total crap. I am returning but hold little hope of a refund. It's basically a scam.

Do not use this company. They’re scamming customers. The images are nothing like the item when it is finally delivered. My item took 2 weeks to arrive. While Herwick presents itself as a UK-based company, it appears that the online store is operated from China. A company named HERDWICK LIMITED is registered with Companies House in the UK, with its registered office at The Rectory, Grasmere, Ambleside, England. They are offering a 20% refund as the cost to return the item is APPARENTLY 40 euros. Even though the company is registered in the UK and their based in China but their charging 40 euros to return the item but they’re not giving me the address to return the item. My cashmere cardigan cost £61.95 and the quality is so poor. It is disgusting. I would never pay anything of the sort for a poor-quality item like this. This company needs to be stopped immediately. They should not be able to get away this. It is shocking behaviour.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! 😪 ‘Premium Sheepskin Coat’ It’s made out of some dog eared tissue thin fabric not fit to wipe your arse on!! 💩 Made impossible to return. This was my pensioner Mums birthday present to herself, & she can’t afford to buy another one. I guess she’ll have to freeze. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!! 😡 😡😡

SCAMMERS I wished I had read this page before ordering, same experience! I did not receive the items advertised, the style or the composition definitely not cashmere. When you request a refund you are then advised it will cost you €20-30 in postage and €30-40 customs fees back to China The site should be removed PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
