This company is a scam and they know it what respectable company would try to pay you not to send back the crap they knowingly sell you! Firstly the website promises quality products at vastly discounted prices. Secondly great customer service. Third easy returns policy. Let’s start with the first claim! I have never seen such ridiculously poor quality of any item of clothing, I will not even be putting this in the charity clothing bank through fear of offending them, the material they use I am sure it’s not environmentally friendly definitely not a premium wool blend as stated on their website. And the quality of their tailoring even that would not pass quality control in any sweatshop in the entire world. Second customer service I know that Ai is quite advanced these days but it needs to be a lot better than theirs to pull the wool over my eyes. We don’t answer the UK landline they advertise on their website, because it’s much quicker and convenient to do every thing through email. Yes that’s right no accountability leave it to Ai. Thirdly and probably the final kick in the teeth is the returns process. No address to send it back to if you still insist on sending it back then first blag is keep the crap and have a 10% refund, if no to that then still keep the crap and a 20% refund, and finally if no to that tempting offer then the only alternative is for you the consumer to pay 30-40 euros to send back them they then citing CO2 emissions and high returns cost, funny that it didn’t cost you that much to send it! So as you who are even contemplating buying anything from these scammers don’t waste your time and money.

Purchased without reading reviews. Ordered boots that never arrived. Emailed weeks later to say I hadn’t received my order, was informed the item was no longer in stock and then requested a refund. Not received a refund as of yet, despite back and forth emails.

I purchased a "claimed" Women's Cashmere Turtleneck Sweater. Not only the item does NOT match at all the photos on their website or the criteria of your description, there is NO label of fabrication indicating in percentage the amount of cashmere (if there is any! recycled cashmere). The jumper has for sure a lot of elastane and polyester, but what is more concerning the material does NOT match at all the claims and photos on their website. Moreover I ordered a size M, but the sleeves are way too short. Again on their website is shown completely opposite. Stay away from this business company they are a total scam!!!

Ordered a cool looking, handcrafted hat based on the pictures within the advert.....received a squashed hat that resembles a Halloween prop. Paid 5.99 for it to be securely packaged....I didn't realise that plastic bags were that expensive anywhere...absolute garbage and a total rip off...I did make l laugh when I opened it, although comedy club tickets would have been cheaper. this had been nothing more £40 charity donation to Hong Kong, a laugh and a lesson learned. Herwick is not a Uk website and they are scammers. I was sent an item that was completely different from what is on the poster. it is a fake. Very useless and bad product. This really makes me sad.

Absolute disgrace of a company, i spent over 50 pounds on something & I ended up putting it in the bin because it was not fit for purpose, nor how it was described. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!

Totally been caught by what I thought was a UK company and who refuse to deal
With the fact that they shipped terrible cheap crap shoes instead of the orthopaedic ones ordered. No way of getting money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a hoodie for my daughter’s birthday. Quality is terrible. Customer service terrible. To get refund have to pay more than to item itself to return. Avoid this company at all costs.

Been waiting weeks for my flying jacket. Just arrived this morning and im horrified.
It is in no way anything like the photograph on the website. Nor is it resembling the description. I feel so upset and stupid that i fell for such a scam. I can not afford to loose £60 what a rip-off.

Do not buy anything from this bunch of scammers, my supposed merino wool sweater turned out to be polyester and cotton. This was sent after I had cancelled within their require 4 hours.

Don’t buy from them! They are scammers. I bought from them, it tooks ages for my dress to arrive. It did not arrive in time for the event i bought it for and the quality was not really good at all. I asked for their return policy instead they have informed of the costs that i need to pay:
Return shipping costs: 20- 30 EUR
Customs fees: 30- 40 EUR

I ordered a cashmere oversized jumper , looked beautiful in the picture, it turned up 2 weeks later absolute no cashmere in it 100% polyester or acrylic , dosent even touch my waist arms are too short and l ordered an xl . Normal l am a medium size 14 , Please don't waste your money with this company apparently it costs more than £40 to send it back ! Big lesson learnt! 🤬

Ordered a large men’s cashmere jumper which arrived about 3 weeks later and was a similar size to a ladies tight fitting size 8 jumper. As with other reviews they wanted video, pictures etc and when sent they offered me to keep the jumper and get 10% cash back or send it back for 20 euros or there about. Best offer was 50 % off next order?!!

Do not buy from this company they are definitely a sweat shop, jumper came with no tags and cheap wrapping not at all what was advertised.

I explained to them I had a faulty product. They kept asking for photos and videos of product to show fault. No visual damage could be seen as obviously an electrical problem , it just didn’t work after 1 day. I was then told I had to post it back at my own expense. Even though their return policy clearly states 30 day money back and free return on faulty goods. I was gullible enough to believe HERWICK uk was in fact based in the uk and unfortunately did not check it out. Although I have written off my money. I wish to hopefully stop this company from being able to sell to brits. They are in effect dishonest and corrupt and selling rubbish

Do not deal with this SCAM company. I purchased a jacket from them in May which was of extremely poor quality and I returned it. Despite the promise on their website they have failed to refund my money. Every time I contact them they tell me the refund is on its way but delayed for one reason or another. This is a downright lie. It seems that many other customers of Herwick are experiencing the same devious behaviour. Yet they are still trading. Is there any way such business practice can be challenged legally???

My bank have had to refund me because I was promised a refund perhaps over 50 times within countless emails over months and months! They will continue to fob you off and will never ever process a refund but will just lie that it has been processed and show a “picture” of one line with the amount of the refund but not the actual banking information. Absolute thieves please never ever use this company as you will not get your money back if you need to return they are criminals.

Only get 1 star because I can’t give zero. Total scam from yet another Chinese company pretending to be British. My pair of slippers were of very poor quality and one was larger than the other. Absolute garbage. Quoted €70 to return. Now in the dustbin.
