I feel so SO STUPID!!! It looks legit, I’ve been scammed. Two suits for our wedding and it’s a small doesn’t fit, feels fake. I feel bloody stupid.

This company is a SCAM!! Poor customer service! They use Ai called Emma to respond to emails. They don’t take or make phone calls to help. The Products are FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! Do not buy from them! Shipping takes 3 weeks. They then try charge you to return the FAKE product around 30-40 EUR. Aweful service, aweful product!!

This company sell imitation. I ordered. (what I thought was a hoodie made from wool). I received a cheap looking piece of poor fabric, that wasn't wool.
I requested a refund. But was told that it would cost me an expensive amount of money to send it back to China and that they don't refund.

The said Hoodie was immediately put into the rubbish.
DO not buy from this company.

Still waiting for a refund for items that were never sent…in July.

I have back and forth emails from that date, with excuses from them ‘checking with their back office’ to their ‘refund system being down’ well their refund system has been down since July (apparently) but I see they still have the capability of STEALING money from people.

The products are terrible quality and are not what are advertised at all.

Ignore the good reviews on here, they are either generated by Herwick themselves or they have financially sourced people to write them.

They are also trying to save face on Trust Pilot by responding to comments saying they want to address the raised issue, as they have on my previous entry but they have done absolutely nothing and I am still battling a £185 refund.

Choose wisely - do not choose Herwick.

Please avoid by any means .. do not fall into the trap.. they look like a U.K. company but they are based in china .. the clothes did not fit me so I had to return them .. unfortunately I had to pay the full return and customs cost which was more than the cost of the goods .. after weeks of chasing they managed to agree to refund me a small % of the order… more than 2 months now the refund is not progressed and they now say their refund system has a fault … I’m not sure if there is a way to report them ?

I have been waiting since August for a refund on a dress that what falsely advertised and from China.
They have replied with emails stating there is an issue with their finance department which is a blatant lie otherwise they wouldn’t be operating.
Avoid this company at all coats.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I received poor-quality items at an inflated price, and when I raised my concerns, I was told that a 10% refund was being offered as a “favour” instead of returning the items, due to the high return costs. This is completely unacceptable. The pricing and quality are misleading, and customers should not be expected to pay return fees to a company that presents itself as UK-based. It may have a co.uk website, but it's not based in the UK. The current process is clearly designed to make returns as difficult and costly as possible, discouraging customers from following through. This is dishonest and exploitative.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear that many people have faced similar issues. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards and other relevant authorities/bodies.

Also worth noting: customer service responses appear to be AI-generated rather than genuine human replies.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Purchesed some motorcycle goggles. Paid for what i thought were genuine Halcyon goggles but recieved very cheap imitations. Tried to return but was informed I'd only get around 50% of the monies paid. Stay away away from this company absolutely rip off company.

If it had zero stars I would put that please avoid this site You are going to waste your money they are not genuine they are a con they need to be shut down ASAP to once again avoid completely!!!

Bought what I thought to be a genuine branded hoodie to be a cheap nasty knockoff. Not cheap either!!!

Same as all the other reviews, this company should be reported to Trading Standards, they’re a disgrace. Sent me wrong size shoes to what I’d ordered and wouldn’t let me return them unless I paid £45 pounds which is more than the shoes cost. They said I could keep them and they would give me 50% to spend in their company. Erm I don’t thinks so!
They’re just a low down, scamming con.

My daughter brought me supposed to be a large cashmere jumper, it wouldn't fit my grandson, not the same colour as the picture no labels on it to say what brand it is and no label to say what size, wish i had read the reviews.how does this scam keep on a website without being looked into.

Do not buy from this company products are not up to official standards and when I was notified I was offered to keep item which is unusable or refund. I opted for refund but was told I would have to pay postage back which would leave me out of pocket around £25… therefore I took partial refund and not to send item back that was back in June and I’m still waiting for my refund. Every time I email I’m told they are processing it and will be refunded In a few days. ALL LIES!!!! BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS AND STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE!!!!

The store is a scam. I ordered a jacket from them, then cancelled the order. As a result, I've been waiting for my refund for 34 days after the cancellation. I've emailed them multiple times, but they're stalling. I think I'll contact the UK consumer protection authorities.

If i could give no stars i would !... cheap nasty material, i ordered "winter boots" which came in a temu parcel !. They obviously send via temu. Hong kong based company however, masquerading as a UK based company.

The boots came 3 sizes 2 small, so poorly made i couldt almost tear them apart with my bare hands been trying to get a refund and they demanded 13 pounds to send out new boots ! Instead of refunding.

Didn't read the reviews unfortunately and hadn't realised it was Hong Kong based. Cheap and nasty material that is supposed to be cotton . Looks nothing like their photos. Return fees plus custom fees far outweigh the price I paid. Horrendous company , they have you over a barrel. Do not even consider using them!!

Expensive and poor quality of products. No refunds, and delivery takes a lot of time.

Please let's all report this company to trading standards. They're ripping people off in the UK and should NOT be operating in the UK. They have refused to refund my money since August abd lying they have banking issues.

We need to all report them to the trading standards. Please if you read this, go and make a complaint to trading standards - if enough people contact them, they can stop the company from operating in the UK. They are making thousands of pounds from scamming us.
