Do not order from this sham of a company, I ordered a trouser suit which took ages to arrive and when it did was at least 2 sizes too small. I asked for a return label to be told that they send a replacement first, and then if that isn’t satisfactory they issue a return label. 3 months later still no replacement and they are blaming it on the carrier.0

I ordered from what appeared to be a UK supplier - how wrong I was as only later did I find this is a Chinese knock off company.

I waited for my order (Orthopaedic Leather Slippers With Arch Support And Cushioned Insoles) for two weeks. What arrived was a pair of plastic shoes, not a bit of leather in sight, and certainly no arch support or cushioned insole. They are cheap and nasty and bear only a passing resemblance to the clearly fake pictures on the company's website.

Their website also publishes fake reviews which imitate the Trustpilot style.

I am in the process of trying to obtain a refund, and will shortly raise a dispute with my credit card provider.

Shocking experience - over 3 weeks for 2 pairs sunglasses to arrive - I wish they hadn’t - the paid over £40 per pair for the most plastic cheap quality glasses I would have paid £2! Chinese stickers all over them - you think you buying from a quality established UK company - you’re not - it’s a “front” by Chinese company

I ordered what was ment to be an Essentials hoodie for a present and was absolutely gobsmacked by the item they had sent me worse then something you would get from cheetham hill! I have pictures of the fake cheap crap that they sent good job I have a case with my payment about this company people save your money as I hope to god this website gets shut down. No professional customer service what so ever just rip offs and trying to con honest hard working people and tricking to think your buying something genuine… there absolutely scum

DO NOT BUY!! COMPANY IN CHINA. I spent £109 on a yellow maxi two piece and when it arrived it was the worst quality I have ever seen. The material was so cheap and the colour was more of a brown than yellow. When I asked to return they said it would cost £30 to return and then £40 custom fees . With this in mind they offered me a 40% cashback without having to return , to which I accepted. This was in July and it is now October and I’m still waiting for my money back. All they reply with is that they have sent it but there’s trouble with their accounts. DO NOT BUY. SCAM WEBSITE

I bought what I thought was a dress. I did not receive what they show on the website and delivery was quite a long time. They are operating UK email address but now that I want to return the item, they are claiming shipping costs are very high and then customs costs in a bit to stop me from returning the item. They even offered a partial discounts of 10% and a credit for next purchase. The email address which they are responding from is totally different to the one used to contact them and is outside the UK. How could you trust them. How can this site be reported?

I tried to cancel the order within the allocated 4hour timeframe and the system wouldn't allow it. The item arrived late not as described because I know genuine cashmere when I see it. Also I received an email from them basically telling me it would cost me more to return it than I paid for it. So because I am a trustworthy person I have to pay for their lies and deceit. Companies like this need to be dealt with appropriately.

PLEASE never buy from them, bought a car seat from them that was recalled because it was deemed unsafe, it was returned to them in original packaging, (recorded delivery) They tried to tell me I had to post it to china which I refused saying “ you supplied the goods and took my money you can return it”.this was the end of September and they are saying it still hasn’t been returned even though the tracking was provided to them, They are so blatantly ignoring me and obviously don’t care about reviews, just wish I had read them before, so I would have saved my money.hope this helps

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered heated gloves. They’re cheap tat that don’t even work. Returns fees are over £30 so decided to accept a partial refund. They haven’t sent it. They’re now ignoring my emails.

Update. - After email upon email and being assured that a refund had been sent, nothing arrived. I contacted my cardholder and initiated a chargeback. Almost immediately Herwick responded to my card company and assured a refund would be sent. Absolutely awful awful company. Avoid.

I ordered my item 20/09/25, the order arrived first week of October and was not as described on the website. The dress was horrendous, to much material and I would need a miracle worker to resolve the issues of the dress prior to the wedding.
The website directed me to an email address and a person called Emma responded to my emails and advised it would cost me €70 to return the dress, the dress cost me £70 sterling. I asked Emma three times for the complaints procedure however she dodged the question from every angle.
Thankfully I had paid through Revolut and they created a chargeback request where the £70 was returned to Revolut within 24 hours.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THAT YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN

Paid a lot of money for a jacket which was advertised as levi, which it wasn't, lesson learned before buying now check reviews, AVOID at all cost.

This website is fake. They even show that they have 4.5 positive reviews on their website which is NOT true. All their reviews are negative!

Avoid at all cost!!! They sent me the wrong items, wouldn’t admit it until I sent pictures comparing the items received and the items ordered (pictures from their website) with red arrows all over to show the differences.
They finally admitted I indeed did not received what I ordered, but they won’t send the right items, won’t fully refund, and they ask me to pay full price for the return of items I didn’t want in the first place! (Return more expensive that what I initially bought…)
Infuriating customer service. Overall dishonest company. Save yourself some money and stay away from them!

I would give them zero if I could. Took over two weeks to come, after shipping from abroad - I thought it was a british company - then when I ask to return item I'm informed of the 'extremely high' postage fees - up t0 50 pounds, which means the return would be worthless. Honest avoid at all costs.

Although this company has a UK address it’s in China. It’s clear their stock is from a ‘copy cat’ Chinese company. It would appear that they have robbed pictures from somewhere else to sell their garments and then make appalling copies. From what I’m reading now on here that it’s probably almost impossible and stressful to try and recoup my money. Stick with known British companies.
