Avoid
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Ordered accidentally on apple pay, tries immeditiately to cancel. Apparently in 10 minutes, the order cannot be cancelled. Their terms and conditions state that you can cancel within four hours. They ignored my email and continue to process this order and three days later. I am still fighting for a refund. It states that the order has not been processed yet nor dispatched but yet this company state that they have posted it already. Trying to get a refund through my bank as this appears to be the only option. Avoid this company at all costs, they are based in Hong Kong not the UK as they state. Very disappointing experience and it looks like I’ll be fighting for a refund for an item I made accidentally.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! This is an appalling company! Complete scammers! I received a pair of shoes over 4 weeks late that were damaged and unwearable. Refused to let me return them and offered only a 10% refund. Now reported them to Trading Standards and trying to get the money back off my credit card.
I have just received my item which I…
I have just received my item which I ordered on the 29 th October and the quality is a disgrace !
The material is cheap and light and not what is advertised
Do not use this website
Scam company
Scam company, avoid at all costs. Poor quality items, not as advertised. Refusal to refund and asking for 70 Euros to be paid for return costs. Appalling responses, clearly AI generated. Will never get money back. Do not use.
SCAM. CHEAP QUALITY. NO REFUND. NOT MUCH COMMUNICATION. DON'T BOTHER IT'S A SCAM.
If I could give 0 star i would...
Bought some womens boots 7.5 with arch support etc etc etc
I have slim size 7 feet and wanted thick socks to wear with them.... wowser...
I can just about fit my foot in with an extremely thin pair of socks on, the area by the toes just hurt your feet in seconds, the "arch support" is a joke, when on there is literally a gap between your arch and the boot, the material is cheap and nasty to be fair.
I asked for the return process and this is where the scams take place....
It would cost me 3x what the boots cost me to send back...
Your options...
1- 10% refund and keep the crap boots....
2- 50% off your next order of crap shoes and boots from them....
I went with option 1 because I wasn't going to bother wasting my money on them again...
Guessing I won't be getting the pathetic excuse for a refund back due to the scammy vibes I'm getting off them!

Illegal sell of unlabelled garment / quality control
Avoid !!! It’s a UK distributor & they sold me a very low quality/unfinished and unlabelled garment … Selling unlabelled clothing is illegal in UK. Their advertisement indicates it is “cashmere” but I am sure it has no significant cashmere content as it looks/feels synthetic. Customer service is problematic - deliberately avoiding the core basis of my complaint. Refusal to provide me with a pre-paid return label to Hong Kong which costs more than the value of the item/refund.
Anyone experiencing same issue should report to Trading Standards.
DO NOT BUY from this company
DO NOT BUY from this company. Very long delivery times. Product not true to size, 2 sizes smaller than stated at least. Impossible to return or get a refund. Return & custom fees are higher than product price - this is not stated at point of order. Took 3 days of emails to gain just the returns address. This company is a scam, totally unethical, misleading & exceptionally difficult to deal with!!!!
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company, I have been trying to get a refund for the past 2-3 months, they keep making excuses, still waiting! Plus they never give full refund and make excuse of shipping costs! Replies are most definitely AI, as they never respond to questions!
Keep away from this company! Plus they are not based in UK, that are in Hong Kong!!
I orderd a dress for my sons wedding…
I orderd a dress for my sons wedding wanted to look my best the dress looked perfect orderd my correct size took absolutely ages to arrive after several emails to the company who have a british email so I thought I was dealing with a british company and even checked there address and it came up as Aston Birmingham so didn't think much more about it. Until the dress was about 2 sizes too small for me I messaged them to say I wanted to return the dress ect but had a email saying it was going to cost me around €30 to return it plus another €40 in custom fees as the dress has to go back to china.
I really do not see how they can get away with this they offered me 10% and to keep the dress ok the dress cost £47 but thats not the point.
They make out they are a uk base firm but it's obviously a scam to get you to buy from them surly something can be done maybe trading standards could look into it.
Im know stuck with a dress I can't wear or out of pocket if I return it . Very disappointed be aware do not buy from them
SCAM
SCAM - do not order from here. I was rushing - wish I had checked on here before placing an order. They claim not to have an order, yet they have taken my money.
Terrible
Terrible! Avoid this company. Ordered leather orthopaedic ankle boots, size 6. What arrived were a cheap Chinese copy, which were smaller than a size 6. They certainly are not leather, and they are very lightweight. Not worth the money. Total scam as it would cost more than the purchase price to return, which is what they rely on. Do not purchase from this company!
LIARS
On the 1st September, 8 weeks after my first comms with this company and threatening to go to the FCA, I received an email saying my refund had finally been processed, it was going to take 7-14 days to process! We are now on the 10th October and after chasing them again for my refund I have been told they’re having technical issues!!!! Absolute joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY TELL LIES AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY!!!!!!
I got my refund via my bank £166
I got my refund via my bank £166. The clothes were worth £5 but they wanted to scam me £160. Always dispute with your bank use parcelcompare for cheap return costs. I paid only £10 with DPD to return their rubbish and sharing with others to not give up as they say 30 to 40 euro. It's a lie they trying to put you off send it back and inform your bank. Don't even buy buy if you have don't give up on your pursue for a refund. The bank needs all proof so send the pictures of the supposed item and what they sent and all the communication from them. I even sent the return policy screenshot on their site to my bank and I won. They did not dispute it coz they were wrong. THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID!!
I would give no stars
I would give no stars if i could!
Ordered a hoodie for my son. Received a package from Evri but was surprised as the tracking details i had was with “shop” and located in China which was obviously wrong. The item i received was a counterfeit. I am no expert, but this was extremely poor quality material with teally poor stichting! The reviews on their “website” or rather on the webpage of the item (because if you search on their website, the item doesnt exist!!) anyway the trustpilot “reviews” on their website show a 4.7 rating but if i click on the review the link doesnt work! “Surprise, surprise!” I asked for a full refund but got only offered a 10%, then a 20% and now a 30% refund. I might complain another 7 times to get a full refund. I have raised a complaint with Trading standards as this is unacceptable.
Very poor product. The name suggests quality. But after second wearing the inner sole is already hurting the bottom of my foot. I would not recommend at all
Don't give an English name as it fools the customer into thinking it will be a quality product when it is cheap Chinese rubbish at a quite high price
Cheap nasty tat.
Poor quality, not as described, not so cheap but very nasty. be warned, do not buy from this shower of charlatans
DO NOT SHOP HERE
DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I brought a dress back in APRIL/MAY.
Sent it back requesting a refund after back and forth with then trying to convince me otherwise.
Guys I have fighting for a refund since and they keep telling lies saying there is an issue with the refund process.
God will deal with you
The Worst Shopping Experience I’ve Had in Years
Herwick presents itself as a UK brand with a “.co.uk” website, prices in pounds, and talk of quick delivery, but in reality the company is registered in Hong Kong and ships from China. None of this is made clear before purchase, which is incredibly misleading.
I ordered a suit for £105.90 with “free delivery” and confident promises of fast dispatch. It arrived late, looked cheap, and the quality was nothing like what was advertised. The fabric feels low grade and badly made, not worth half the price.
When I contacted customer service, I received the same automated response twice, offering a token 20% refund or a gift card as if that would make up for the poor quality and delay. I have since escalated the issue and been told they are not willing to give a higher refund, even though the problems are entirely their fault. That tells you everything you need to know about how they treat their customers.
If you try to return anything, they warn you it will cost another €50–70 in shipping and customs, so you end up stuck with a product you do not want and no fair resolution. It is a dropshipping setup pretending to be a British retailer, with no accountability, no genuine support and no respect for the customer.
I should have done my research and will not make this same mistake again. Hopefully this review stops someone else wasting their money.
Herwick is not British, not transparent and not trustworthy. The only thing they deliver quickly is disappointment.
Not a UK based company.
This is not a UK based company and their service is China/Hong Kong based. Should you need to send anything back, you will not be able to. Very deceiving and not acceptable. How can they set up a IK based website and trade as thought they are UK based!! Very disappointing! I suggest you STAY AWAY and don’t fall into the same trap as I did
