Awful scamming liars

Awful scamming liars, the responses to reviews are obviously ai as they haven't even cared to fill in the email address in the insert email here section of their reply! The people replying are most likely made up and dont even exist at this point. I have a refund from June of over £100 and believe we have got to a point they should be paying it back with interest. Absolutely ridiculous company

I would post zero star if I could - AVOID

I would post zero star if I could. I've ordered dresses in may 2025. They arrive very late and were NOT AT ALL what was on the photo. They were coming from China (although UK company). I did have my doubts given the price though but nowhere it says they're coming from China.

They were extremely badly cut, the pattern looks similar but was definitely different. The quality was really poor. I've sent them back straight away (to an address in the UK with tracking). Although they have received it and countless emails, I have not yet been refunded. It costed more time and energy that I can count. AVOID at all costs!!!

Scam Company

Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs

This company is a complete scam. They present themselves as a UK-based store, but items are actually shipped from China. The products I received looked nothing like the pictures advertised and the quality was appalling.

When I asked for a refund, they tried to persuade me to keep the item for a reduced price instead. I insisted on returning it (at my own extra expense). Despite providing full proof of return, they refused to issue a refund.

From May 2025 to September 2025, I was stuck in an exhausting back-and-forth with them. Eventually, I had no choice but to raise a claim with my bank. Unfortunately, due to the drawn-out timeline, I couldn’t get a chargeback.

This company is dishonest and manipulative. They waste time, avoid responsibility, and steal from their customers. Save yourself the stress—do not buy from them.

Worse experience

Having a nightmare with this company , placed an order for a bag.arrived late and faulty, trying to arrange refund and return, they are forcing me to accept replacement item, it’s been a month and had to purchase a bag for my son so he can start his school. So now replacement is not required and I never accepted that, but they are still posting a replacement which I won’t receive for another 10 days. I am looking into reporting this company to trading standard as they have a uk address.
Please do not buy anything from them .scammer

The wrong product was delivered

The wrong product was delivered.
After contacting Herwick to report this, they initially apologised and agreed to refund me in full and send out pre paid returns label.
They then backtracked, saying theat the product delivered was correct, which it is not.
I can return the product at my own cost, which will be more than I originally paid for it.
Several days and multiple emails later, I am left with an incorrect product that I don’t want, a 30% refund of the price I paid and the offer of a money off voucher which I have declined as I certainly will not be ordering from Herwick again.

Have opened a dispute with Klarna and they have asked me to close the dispute so they can refund me. Klarna have informed me that this is so I don’t have any back up and they can refuse the refund. Scam scam scam

Terrible company

Terrible company. Do not buy from here. Ordered 2 dresses, 1 did not arrive with no luck receiving refund after several attempts in contacting customer service, I just received a generic email back. The one that did arrive was 3 weeks late and terrible quality. Have attempted to return with no luck. Have contacted my bank to see if they can recall funds back to me.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered a leather coat and it wasn't Leather something called UP contacted the company 14 times and got the same response which was read Terms and conditions. I pointed out that their terms didn't cover fraud but got no response. Do not use this company it is a total scam.

Avoid at all cost

This website and company act as a reseller to low quality products, outsourced from other countries, marked it up sky high. It they sell orthopaedic boots, be prepared to receive something equivalent to night time sleeping boots that you wear in winter that can be found easily at the high street for less. Your boots will be packed in plastic bags still with serial number stickers on it. Don’t buy anything from them. I urged that this company is reported to authority as they blatantly ridiculed our rights as a consumers

Avoid this company at all cost

The suits we ordered were made from really awful material. We tried to return and that is when the real trouble started. I have now been chasing a partial refund for months. The option was to send the product back to China at my own expense or receive a 50% refund. This was the option I chose, and I am still waiting. I am chasing on a weekly basis and being fobbed off continuously. Don't buy from these people.

My daughter picked an essentials hoodie. Price point £49:99 showing reduced from £89:99
I unfortunately had not read reviews. Alarm bells only when I seen item was dispatched from china!!
2 weeks before I received it. It’s 100% polyester.l, terribly quality!! With about £5!!
Supposed to be ladies size small but would hardly fit she 7/8 😡
Contacted them and am totally scammed!! This is their response!
Honestly wast of £50!! Please do not but from this site!!

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company. Bought what I thought were leather boots. Faux leather and not the size I ordered. The soles of the shoes look lethal for walking in rain. Have asked fir a refund as not sold what I had ordered. “Emma” keeps answering and offers the most bizarre ways to get a partial refund with the cost of post and customers almost the price of the items.
Hoping for chargeback from my bank after 16 days.

DO NOT BUY. Company is a scam

This company is a scam. I eventually received an inferior jumper ( not cashmere) , shoddily made , no brand labels or more importantly no product composition or washing instructions. I contacted to arrange a refund and was told it would cost me €20-30 to return the £39 product to them! All customer service reps were called ‘Emma’ and customer service was non existent. I will be taking this further.

SCAM company

SCAM company. BEWARE!! Do not order you will lose all your money and receive nothing. Charged for order. Told they didn’t have it, then rather than refund charged for shipping return of goods I never received!! SCAM!!! Set up recently I think judging by all the people losing money today.

Product very poor quality in terms of product used. I would not have worn these shoes out of the house.
Attempted to return and although suggested they were giving me options admitted it would cost me a lot of money to return the item in fact well over the cost of the item.
