Still hasn’t receive the item I ordered and no update from this company. I ordered and paid 5.11.23 and the tracking number they give me is wrong and cannot be track.

I have contacted the customer service over a week ago and until now no answer.

I would say this company is a scam!

Firstly my order took far too long. They said the reason being was low stock! When my order eventually arrived instead of 3 pairs of black knickers I got 1 black and 2 nude and one was the wrong size.
I ordered my normal size and I can’t even get them passed my knees. There is no give in them at all. An absolute waste of time and money plus no response from Hey Curves at all!

I ordered some pants to hold it all in and you look fab after I bought the size I usually have and they were very very small and I messaged to send them back but no reply even after 5 times of messaging which was really annoying as they were £25 so not happy at all

Bras were small even though I followed the size guide, too stretchy to the point it doesn't actually hold and bring comfort to my breast. I tried to return, I got a automated email saying they'll reply in 2 -3 days due to Christmas or covid. It's been 3 weeks, I told my bank and I got my money because they are terrible and don't do. I said to them on their Instagram to reply to their emails and they deleted my comment. DON'T BUY GO M&S instead.

Agreed with all the other 1 stars. Won’t give me a refund. Have put in a complaint with the ombudsman.

Ordered and my items took over a month to arrive. When they did, they were too small. I emailed to organise a return/swap and had an bounce back email like so many others saying they were busy and only one person, Katie, is the only person there. I emailed first on the 20th Jan, then 27th Jan, then facebook messages them 30th Jan. Its now the 4th feb and I still haven't heard anything. Absolutely appalling!!!!

If I could give them 0 zero stars I would, but that’s not possible. Website is misleading, they say free returns or refund if not happy. Definitely not happy.. asked to exchange but they won’t allow it on clearance items. They take forever to reply back! And I will get my money back.. thank god I went through to PayPal. I would recommend just going to marks and Spencer’s to get your shape wear honestly.

I have to say I’m so disappointed with the product. I ordered a twin pack, black and nude. Both same size. One of the bras is bigger than the other, there is literally zero support, in fact, so little support I had to stop wearing them as they were actually making my boobs sore due to the complete lack of support. I wouldn’t dream of wearing them under clothing, I wear them in bed, that pretty much all they’re good for! I’ve had better products from Groupon and the Pound Shop. Don’t waste your dosh, go buy something from Poundland instead. Total waste of money!! Don’t be fooled by their advertising!

100% agree with the people on here that have left bad reviews! Bought an item, when I received it, it was too small so I emailed the customer support. Bounce back email says there is only 1 person working - Katie but she will be in touch within a certain amount of time. When she does finally get in touch she says unfortunately that item is in clearance now so cannot be returned (just like some others have said on here!) but she can offer me a discount on my next item... lmao am I hell ordering anything else from there!!! The sizing is completely out and actually doesn't hold anything in and they don't refund items like their refund policy states.
Don't be taken in by the adverts and nicey nice emails when they want you to buy their products cos they're actually no better than cheap shapewear you can pick up in a shop.
STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS! I'll be forwarding my concerns to trading standards as they're conning a lot of people from the reviews I've read on here!

I ordered from hey curve the boyfriend shorts, I was so happy with the service from the delivery to the Communication, they could not help me enough, would definitely recommend them

SCAM...... BE WARNED DO NOT USE... SIZING WAS WAY TOO SMALL AND WHEN I EMAILED YHEM I WAS TOLD THE ITEMS WERE NOW CLEARANCE ITEMS SO WERE NOT ABLE TO OFFER ME REFUND OR EXCHANGE... COMPLETE AND UTTER ROB DOGS!!!!!

Scammers... I am ragging I did not Google the company before hand said they have sent a refund but that was over 2weeks now responding to my email left with stuff that is no good as there sizing is crazy.. will be sending my emails to snapchat and anywhere else that advertise these con artist

Absolutely awful products and service. Great marketing/advertising but very poor delivery. Bras are way too small, give virtually no support and are badly made. When try and return, not only does customer services take days to answer, then tell you that items on sale cannot be refunded/exchanged but you can have 40% of another product! Having seen the standard/sizing of their garments I wouldnt want to waste anymore money. STAY WELL CLEAR

Bra size was way too small but right size on guide. Its about two sizes too small and roll underneath boobs. Emailed customer service only to be told the bra is on clearance so cannot be returned or exchanged. All I saw when ordering was 30 day guarantee that you could return. Was offered 40% off my next order but definitely will not be ordering anything from this company ever again. Seems like everything is on clearance so be careful!

Absolute joke of a company. They hide 'no returns' in their miniscule policy even though the website says free returns. The bra's I bought are tiny also so now I am stuck with products that don't fit me. Also paid with Klarna so they won't be getting paid as I will raise it further. They offered a 40% discount if I order again - no thanks! Useless.

Everything is clearance stock by why I’m reading here which means no refund I’m guessing. The teeny bra is not even a 42 c let alone fit my big boobs. Useless company. Glad we paid via Klarna as will fight to get money back

Absolutely disgusting, this company shouldn't be allowed to trade. AVOID. Let's start at the beginning, saw an advert on Snapchat, oooh they look good. No underwire what more could a girl want. I'm big busted, small back so decided a Large would be best as this fits a 32 upto a D cup. I was taken by the HASSLE FREE returns. Wow that's amazing. My parcel arrives with one missing, before even taking out the packaging I knew it was gonna be too small. But still I wanted to see, the cups wouldn't even cover boob. The whole support you is a joke I put it on and my boobs weren't in anyway supported. So the returns, it suppose to be quick and easy HASSLE FREE not on your life. I have Facebook messenger them all you get is email us at...... I have emailed numerous times, I got 1 response saying I'm sorry but you cannot return this item it's CLEARANCE stock. I did not know this. So now I'm stuck with items of no use to me. They did say Oh we'll replace it for you, with what what can you replace it with NOTHING. My advice don't bother and go to a shop youcan return to.

Recently I ordered a bodysuit from hey curves on clearance and when it came it was too small so I emailed them straight away I didn’t get a reply so for a few days I’ve been emailing and nothing so then I used another email and they replied back saying how can I help I told them my issue and then they said they can’t return or exchange due to the clearance sale but it didnt say anything online on their website that on clearance we can’t exchange/return and they can’t help me .
This is the last time I will ever buy and I hope no one else does

Items - daily comfort non-wired bras.
Items arrived and were too small (ordered correct size as per size guide)
To be honest even if they fit would not give the support they promise.
Wrote to customer service on the day that they were delivered to let them know that I would like to return the items and was informed that I could not have a refund due to the items being clearance items ?!? I was offered a 40%discount off my next order instead. I contacted customer service again to ask if they have anything else in my size and was told they have SHORTS in a 4XL. I have replied that I do not need any shorts but did not receive a reply.
The customer service email were polite but my issue was not resolved as I now have two bras that I am unable to wear or return.
I doubt it very much that I will be ordering from Hey Curves again - sorry!

I received my items fine, but they didn’t fit well. The only way to arrange a return is by emailing customer service. I emailed on January 5th and then again on January 9th, but I haven’t received any response. So unless someone sees this review and helps me out, they’ve definitely lost a customer.
