When the pantie arrived I felt it was good quality, but I chose a size too small, they noticed I was on their website, looking to return them. Couldn’t find so I left, but it did get noticed by someone, so they mailed me. i told them them my panties were the wrong size an they processed a new order with a size bigger, I did not have to return the other one, instead they asked me to give it to someone who would fit it.
The service is 100%. Very friendly , kind and spot on!

I was having an issue with an item from this company but they went far above with their customer service snd helpfulness. The kind Katie was extremely helpful, answered my queries very quickly and helped to solve my issue, all within 3 e-mails. I absolutely LOVE my boy shorts!
They give me the confidence I have lost since having my 2nd baby.
Extremely comfy even after wearing all day/night at a wedding, didn't roll down either!
I feel like they made me want to stand up straighter too.

Wonderful service 😃and the shorts and pants are amazing quality. I just love them.
Every woman should have at least couple pairs off theses . I’m size 18 shorts feel amazing they help the thighs from rubbing in the hot weather.
They give you the curves and you feel so sexy when you have that special dress on.

5 star service so far…item ordered was unsuitable but Katie @heycurves.co.uk arranged replacement without fuss and without need to return the original. Yet to receive replacement but am sure refund / return if not suitable will be processed without question.

Don’t buy from them is all I can say ! I ordered & paid for an item for next day delivery & 2 days later I’m still waiting , have contacted them via email & messenger & no reply .
I felt I had to add to my original post as the parcel did arrive and after hearing from
Katie she not only refunded the next day delivery she refunded the whole purchase price. I understand things can conspire against companies when you rely on couriers but her gesture of goodwill far surpassed my expectations so I have changed my rating to 4 stars .

Bought bras and panties but unfortunately the panties were too small.
The response I had from Katie in Customer Service was excellent. She kindly offered to exchange them and arranged for the replacements to be sent free of charge.
I didn't even have to send the others back.
First class and highly recommend HeyCurves

I saw the advert for HeyCurves and ordered straight away from there delivery was quick products were amazingly good great quality i ended up needing a refun it toke a bit longer to process but the customer service is spectacular the agent that helped me (Katie) was amazing really helpful very polite would recommend HeyCurves great products

Although these just weren't for me and didn't suit me, the customer service I received to return them was excellent. Quick delivery and quick response.
