I bought the bra it’s not as good as they say they advise you to go size up which I did when ordering but it’s too big not worth the money money

Didn't get on too well with this company initially for several reasons that I won't go into, however, when I reached out to HeyCurves they responded quickly and kindly and resolved all my issues. Truly outstanding customer service - thank you so much!

Excellent customer service really pleased with the product too. Great quality but I would maybe go up one size. Basically fabulous!

This company is all over instagram and Facebook so i got hooked after checking the company was UK based. Using their size guide (was between sizes) they suggest going up. The bra's were too big . I would have had to pull the top down at the back to my bottom to get any support. I contacted customer service who advised to use the web to return. To do this you have to PRINT the label which I did not have available for a few days. I printed the label and stuck to the original parcel. Waited in line at the post office to return. When the bar code was scanned error message came up with "label used before" I asked them to used my phone to take picture of it as I hadn't ordered or returned to this company before. This picture I emailed back to customer services asking them to explain and that I was unimpressed requesting a full refund. A lot of faffing around. Shame they couldn't just sent the correct code to be scanned for the post office or just refunded without it.

Brought what I thought would fit, found cups very small compared to rest of the bra. Not all all what I was led to believe.

Good fit very comfortable will definitely buy from here again

I bought a pair of boy shorts to wear under a dress for a wedding. They were so comfortable. No roll down at all in 12 hours. THE perfect undergarment for the dress you want to feel a million dollars in.

I ordered a black bra in 2XL as I am a 38D really comfortable and also gave me a great cleavage which not expected usually from a soft non wired bra 😃 really happy with my buy will definitely buying more so glad I gave these a go 😀 lovely and comfy and gives me great shape 😃

The bras are really confortable for bigger sizes, materials are good quality too. I've ordered 2 and plan to buy more!

I have 3 of these bra's and they are FABULOUS. I can wear them under everything and they do not feel bulky, they are smooth, they hold the shape and cup well and best of all, they don't dig in - comfort from the start of the day to the end of the day. Thank you HeyCurves ❤️

I bought a pair of slimming undies and got the wrong size. They immediately after my email have sent me a new pair bigger size, and all for free. Didn't even have to send original back. What a super company and I cannot wait for my new slimming undies to wear on my son's wedding under my dress to give me a slender look. Thanks Katie.

I ordered the Daily High Waisted Shaping Shorts XL as I am a size 16. The quality of the material was good and felt comfortable once on, however, the shorts part on the legs were too big and felt loose on the tops of the legs, they were also quiet long on me as I am only 4ft 11in and could be seen below the particular dress I wanted to wear them with which is knee length. I'm sure these will fit perfectly on taller women. The customer service in returning was very fast and efficient and I eventually exchanged for the high waisted pants instead. The original pair I was asked to keep and donate, which I will do. I was skeptical of using the website at first, but because they are a UK based company with excellent customer services I would recommend you definitely try them. I will write a review of the pants once I receive them.

Ordered some hey curves shorts for a wedding, I ordered my normal size, unfortunately they were too small. I got in touch with customer service. They bent over backwards to help sending out the larger size in time for the wedding. Definitely would buy from them again. Thank you

Fast delivery ordered wrong size so emailed.
Katie was very helpful in assisting me and sending me the correct size.

I bought a couple of heycurves bras and they were a bit too big. I emailed Katie to return them and she sent a smaller size straight away. The customer service was excellent, prompt and friendly. I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks HeyCurves. Keep up the good work 😀
