Seamless on my end. Made the request and it was really simple to complete my 401k Rollover.

No communication at all after you get the rollover process started. Get a email my funds were available in my account an almost 2 weeks before they actually were and when I tried to contact them I never got a response or explanation. Yes they did get my rollover complete but a lot of small issues along the way with absolutely no communication.

Communications seemed disjointed. Clear instructions not given. Bad connections couple of times. People persisted in mispronouncing my name. Still somewhat better than dealing with TIAA.
