Best Customer Service Experience of All Time
Scott Flavel was great. Seriously one of the best customer services experiences I've ever had. He was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Took the lead where appropriate. Understood my concerns and listened with out prejudice. I hate to say it, but his skill is wasted here. He should be your lead trainer. Hopefully he loves what he does and stays. Be sure you compensate appropriately because if I needed a customer service rep...I'd steal him away instantly. And no...I'm not his mother or a friend/relative. You guys got a good one. Your job is to keep him.

Fast Service, No Issues
Stephanie made the process very simple. I was able to complete the rollover with minimal effort: I filled out a form with some basic info, hopped on a call with my 401k provider and a Capitalize agent (Stephanie) to confirm some details, and placed the rollover check in a Capitalize provided prepaid envelope. The rollover was completed quickly and I didn’t encounter any issues.
