Great locks. Arrived within one week.

I bought this lock after having my previous bicycle stolen the first time I parked it at my university, although safely locked with two locks to a sturdy structure in a crowded area. For necessity I've had to park my new bike to the same spot, of course not without any fear, but with the D1000 I haven't had any problem so far, and it has been more than a month. I think there's nothing safer than locking your bike with this in a busy area.

The Lock bag was exactly as described and after cable tying it to my bike it is absolutely solidly attached. My lock is a bit big for the bag but a velcro strap solved that!

Delivery was speedy. Product was as described and photographed. Arrived safely. All good. Thank you.

I use the combo lock for my bike at work. I definitely enjoy not having to use a key it’s light and it does the job for what I need. I do wish where the strap goes through was made of metal, not plastic, and there was at least two more links of length that would make it awesome.

Seemingly good product, well made, easy to install. Time will tell if anything gets stolen, but based on initial impressions - would recommend.

Probably the best lock on the market!!! Had it around my basement door, which of course they tried to come in with a power cutter. Couldn’t cut in my hiplok but unfortunately came through by cutting the hinges.
maybe start making hinges as well? 😅

The D1000 lock is good, however it's too small and only barely fits around my electric scooter (Ninebot max g2) and the bike loops. It would be better if the lock was a couple of centimeters longer

I bought a second Airlok as the first one worked so well and managed to keep a bike safe (despite some clear attempts to steal it using a baluster from our staircase as a lever!). Pleased with the product and the support service was really helpful: I was missing a washer and they promptly sent me another one.

Bought two Hiplok JAW's, one for the road bike and one for the MTB. Really simple and secure fitting and usage, giving loads more space in the shed! Intending to buy more for the other family bikes. Brilliant product!

Had a very positive experience after buying a Hiplok Switch lock, after an enquiry about whether additional brackets could be purchased, Hiplok provided me a direct way of buying a couple of mounting brackets to mount to my other bikes and easily move the lock between bikes for different rides and then worked to update their system to allow other buyers to purchase the additional brackets separately. I can't imagine how the support could possibly have been better so thanks to Hiplok and particularly Megan for helping me out so quickly and efficiently.

The D1000 I’m sure is supper tough but it’s just so small. It won’t fit around the bike and a rail (as shown on the website pictured), in fact just the wheel and fork is a challenge. I wish it was longer as I’m sure it’s great on small framed bikes but for me a waist of £250.

I bought this lock based on good reviews elsewhere - it is definitely comfortable to wear, but everything else feels not as well thought through. I bought the superbright version, not realizing that the Velcro strap were going to block about half of the reflective cover. It would be better to at least have some reflective threads in the strap. And I can’t figure out a neat way to deal with that long Velcro strap when I lock my bike - it usually seems to end up dangling or I have to wrestle with it to get the Velcro to align. It’s also strange that you have to take the “buckle” off completely to use the lock - I had assumed that one end of the chain would be permanently connected to the lock. That would make it easier and faster to use, as well as making the useable length just a bit longer, useful in crowded parking areas.

I never received my lock!! Sent a message to customer’s service and no reply!

Just makes carrying a lock so much easier and coming from a well know folding lock it’s far quicker locking the bike.
