Easy to book, bag delivered the next day.

So much easier than trying to sort a skip & not waiting around for weeks for collection.

Hippo Waste of Space
Arranged for the collection of two Hippo Bags on 3 June and finally had them picked up on 16 June after numerous e.mails to customer service and persistence on my part. Website suggests 3-5 days so after waiting 7 thought it reasonable to get in contact. Cannot believe they then took another week to sort it out!
Given the significant delay in the service I suggested that they waive one of the collection fees (given both bags were collected at the same time and two collections cost over £400) which seemed reasonable, but even then they were difficult and would only refund £100 for all the inconvenience of delaying the project. Disappointing when a 'reputable' company disappoints you further for the sake of the £100 difference!
At least I can say having had so much interaction with Customer service they are very polite!

Great alternative to a skip
Hippo is a quick, reliable and efficient way of getting rid of accumulated waste. User friendly website, hassle free collection. With restricted access the collection is much easier than a skip. Hippo bags don't carry the risk of damage to the driveway. Will use again
