Chair dispatched within the promised time period, delivered by DPD at the time they promised and chair looks absolutely brand new and is super comfortable.

I recently purchased a refurbished Mirra chair from HM Chairs. There were a few initial hiccups with delivery and a minor issue with the chair, but the support from Adam was genuinely exceptional. He handled everything professionally, responded quickly to both emails and calls, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Really appreciate the level of service. Thank you.

Bought the replacement arm pads for the Humanscale Liberty chair. Arrived in time, decent quality (not as soft as original but pretty good), and fit very well. Basically nothing to complain about in terms of delivery and service. Only time and use would tell whether the quality of item is also good.

Had Herman Miller Aeron Lumbar on 15 July, sent picture and video to show the issue, had it repaired, and eventually delivered on 05 Aug through 40 emails and few calls in the process. The first one was faulty and the repaired arrived without assembled so had to assemble it and managed to adjust up/down pressure with the help of YouTube. DPD experience for return and delivery was not pleasant either. 50/50 if I would have buy one next time.

Update: since not able to reply: For clarity, I live in London and I'm not Chinese.

Update: The initial reply from HM Chairs claimed that the delay was partly because of some communications were written Chinese and that's now edited and removed. Just for full context but not the edited.

Chair arrived in perfect state and quickly

Bought an HM Aeron Remaster with them and it looked brand new. I recommend them!

Chair came it was damaged and had screws showing fon underside of chair. Not what I thought from the pictures

I would highly recommend HM Chairs. I ordered an Aeron and it arrived quickly. The chair itself was it great condition. I few marks but very light. It practically looks brand new. Support was quick to respond when I got slightly confused over a dispatch email (the fault was on me, not on HM Chairs). I wouldn’t think twice about ordering something again.

I had a positive experience purchasing through HM Chairs - Adam was helpful and responded quickly when I contacted him with a few questions prior to ordering. He also offered me a discount when I found the same product available for less money elsewhere. The chair arrived very quickly and is in good (used) condition, with its original HM warranty sticker still in place. The only issue I had was with its delivery, but that was down to the DPD driver, rather than HM Chairs.

Excellent quality Atlas headrest for my Herman Miller chair, speedy delivery reasonable price

It was easy to order. The chair came well packaged. I contacted their customer service late in the evening and received a reply first thing in the morning. All in all, the chair was a really good price and my experience has been a good one. Happy to buy from them again.

Chair came on time and it looks brand new near enough. Really happy.

5 months ago I was looking to buy a professional grade chair for my home office set-up as I was having some back and hip issues using my old, terrible £40 chair.

I sent email enquiries about a few different options to HM Chairs and Adam replied to me with a ton of awesome advice about which would be helpful and how some of the features worked. I have watched a lot of chair review videos on YouTube before I spoke with Adam and I have to say that the email conversations with him were way more helpful than what I saw in the videos online.

I ended up purchasing a Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair from HM Chairs as this had the most suitable customisations and settings for my needs (even over the Aeron).

The item arrived as new, had a 12 month warranty and 5 months in has really helped sort my back and hip issues related to the previous chair. I can work sat on it for 8-10 hours and it doesn't feel like I have been that static at all.

A month ago I need to query something and the follow-on service was just as awesome. It was Adam again that I spoke with and he offered help, guidance and support throughout and all was resolved really well.

These items are not cheap, even second-hand and the level of personalised service, support, advice and follow-on care was impeccable and was the selling point for buying the chair through HM Chairs.

I have previously worked in retail management for 17 years and hugely value customer service. The service from Adam and HM Chairs was perfect and importantly the item is too.

My advice is just get in touch with them and ask any questions that you need to. The service will speak for itself.
