Ordered an Aeron refurb and I was expecting some scuffs and was praying the mesh wouldn't be replaced with a cheaper version.

It came within a few days and I've got to say, this might be my favourite purchase of the year. The chair might as well be brand new, all of the components are all good - no scratches, scuffs or holes. I only saw some marks on the arm rests but they were able to be wiped off. Most importantly to me, the mesh is original.

The seller forgot to include castor wheels with the chair, I used the site's live helper and they got back to me and shipped wheels next day.

Hard to believe its Refurbished looks like It's never been used before. Was easy to setup and the shipping time was accurate at 3-5 days. Ordered on the 14th and it arrived today. :)

I struggled to make contact or arrange an appointment with Herman Miller authorised repairs.
I don’t want to be unfair but because I only had one chair I do wonder if there was any interest in my repair.
In the end I contacted a relatively local dealer who also sells & repairs used HM Aeron chairs.
What mostly impressed me about the two gentlemen that called was their honesty & very fair prices charged.
They are not authorised dealers to Herman Miller but they give a service worthy of a good review.
In my opinion saved the day!

I needed my Herman Miller Aeron chair repaired—one armrest needed reattaching and the back locking mechanism was faulty. Adam quickly took the chair apart, identified the issues straight away, and had all the necessary parts on hand. He even gave the chair a full service, and now it feels brand new! Excellent work, top company, and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Very affordable chairs with maybe one or two small quirks, which are all listed in the product description! Highly transparent company and fast delivery. Will be using again once I move house.

Sold a Herman Miller Aeron chair to HM Chairs. They offered a good price and pickup. The payment was immediate. Very polite and efficient staff. The person who came for pickup took extra care to avoid damage to the wall as he carried the chair down to his van. Highly recommended.

I received my Aeron Chair Size B in perfect condition, you honestly would not be able to tell it was second hand.

Sadly I had to return my chair due to it being too small.

So with this company I've gone through the ordering process and the return process alongside a concern of mine that I won't get into.

I can say through out everything the support and professionalism at HM Chairs has been outstanding, I am still going through a concern of mine but they have been with me every step of the way making me feel secure and valued as a customer, I will be doing further business with this company in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic chair! Exactly how it was advertised if not better. The kind man even put new wheels on them and the chair looks brand new, he was also very responsive and quick to reply and was friendly. Great addition to my office.
