I ordered spazstix paint, didn't get a reply to my emails for ages like a week was realy upset then they said they can't post paints out international.

I deal with a lot of companies and there are times when things do not go so well. This was NOT one of those times. I could not be more happy with the speed of shipping or delivery of the product I ordered, and the customer service was second to none. Trinity, was most helpful in meeting my needs and request. A+++ all around the board. Shopping at HRP was a plus for me and I am sure I will be back again in the future!

Parts are more costly than Hobby shops for reason, but I had a big problem with paying two to three times more for shipping of small parts even with USPS.
Customer service is not available most of the time.

Good site had no problem finding what I was looking for and had it here within 6 days from when I ordered with free shipping

I would by elsewhere if I had a choice but it seems this is the only place to buy parts for my Team C trucks that I can get shipped to Canada. Being the only place to buy you would think that all items are stocked all the time but of course this is not the case. I have been waiting over a month to see new stock on some items. Add to that that the shipping prices are completely outrageous and the shipping process takes way too long for what we are expected to pay. Unfortunate because there are a lot of good products here but I wont spend the amounts on shipping that are required.

It took less than a week to get the spare parts for my Flipside quadcopter. Shipping was cheap. The website worked well. Kudos.

Shipping was really good and paying was easy, my only complaint and I think that this would make a huge diffrence is the search engine. It is hard to find parts for specific kits unless you have a part number. I would suggest that under each vehicle there is a link to all parts and upgrade parts for that specific vehicle.
