What a fantastic company! I had a train that needed fixing and was told it had to go back to America, so I sent it. After a lot of excuses and onward forwarding to another service centre in America, I had to pay again to have my unrepaired train sent back to me. Pure luck and chance browsing the internet and an email to Hobby Trax and I was on the way. They asked me to send it to them and they would take a look. less than 3 weeks later, it's been fixed and returned to me at a very fair price!
