Booking process with Shane was easy and smooth. Booked to Korea and Japan in 2028. Shane changed a few of the details I required, I was also booking while at work so was a bit late replying to messages, but still got a response even after normal business hours.

Chris Williams was very efficient and helpful while getting a nice balance of friendliness
The customer service was excellent
Even though I’m not booking yet, pleasantries were maintained & personal interest shown

Even the itinerary and swapped and changed until it was right.

Ava Grace has been absolutely fantastic in assisting me in trying to plan a big holiday for 2028. She has been flexible and relentless in my expectations and needs. We decided to book a multi centre trip and saw an advert on Facebook, I checked the company out and got in touch.
The booking process was all via WhatsApp, which was great for me as no pressure to make decisions and research hotels.
Shane was the operator who looked after my many demands in building our perfect trip.
The price quoted was amazing, I had to double check a few times what was included.
Booking process was smooth and there are 2 options to pay. Also ATOL protected

My experience with Holiday Bay has been one of exceptional quality, Bob who has been dealing with booking has went above and beyond all expectations to provide us with all that we want to get from it, as it’s for a very special birthday age 60, Bob has kept us in the loop with every detail nothing has been to much, Bob is always there to answer all questions or queries and puts your mind at ease, I would highly recommend this company, and give a big appreciation for all Bob has done.
