Criminal organization

A star is too much for this outfit as you’ll find out when you engage with it. After payment my wife and received an email with a promise that within 48 hours E-tickets would be sent. This didn’t occur. Upon inquiry by phone, the vendor told me that I hadn’t bought tickets, but an option for a ticket. He continued to say that only 7 hours before departure it would be clear whether a seat in the plane would be available. And if not, I would get a refund minus £170 fine. This is beyond words. This is a criminal organization. The company promises different on its website and emails and should be shunted. I filed a police report.

I strongly advise against using this…

I strongly advise against using this company to book any flights. Price'n'Fly searching engine offering them at cheap prices, My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and appears to be a blatant scam. After receiving a booking confirmation, I expected my tickets would follow. Instead, the company held my payment without issuing any tickets and then bombarded me with calls and emails claiming that the flights were no longer available unless I paid additional fees – thousand dollars more than the original price.
i refused and ask company to make a full refund, i;ve been told that no refund will be given as i have to read terms and conditions ???
Even after paying these extra charges, no tickets were ever provided, leaving me stranded and out of pocket. The company seems to be exploiting customers by holding their money until the intended departure day and never actually providing the tickets. I have since reported this incident to the cyber police and advise others to be wary of this fraudulent business. Stay away to avoid a similar, stressful experience.

Total scam

Avoid like the plague.
I booked 2 tickets with them and received email confirmation of the booking.
A day later I had a phonecall from one of their agents informing me there was an issue with my booking.
It seemed that despite taking my money and confirming the booking, the flights were no longer available at the same price.
That if I wanted to keep the same flight it'd cost me £1540. I told them to do one... I'd only accept either the flight I booked or a full refund.
I was then told as it's a discounted economy ticket no refunds are allowed, which is odd as they failed to book my ticket.
I was also told that my flight didn't include any luggage at all, this is despite me sharing a screenshot of the booking process which showed 1 piece of checked luggage included in the flight.
I then contacted the airline directly, and they informed me that no reservation had been made on my name. The airline also informed me, that they don't allow passengers without luggage to fly.
I contacted holiday art again and confronted them with this.
Their rep tried to get me to pay extra money again to keep the same booking. I refused and he agreed to refund me my money within 3 days and send me confirmation of the cancellation within 24hours... Neither of this things happened.
I contacted holidaycart, and once again I was told I couldn't cancel and would have to pay extra money to keep the same flight.
I once again refused and told them I'd be reporting it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank and making a chargeback on the transaction.
Shortly after I got the transaction cancelled.

They are a trap, scam

I choose one ticket from Manchester to Lahore and when I paid the amount some Holliday official called me and ask for 250 more since the first ticket is not available anymore. It was just a trap. When I protested he said either I have to pay more or he won't be able to pay me back my paid amount. When I asked him ok I'll pay he sent me a link and deducted £450 more out of my bank. The actual amount of that ticket from Emirates was around £850 and this fraudulent web made me pay around £1300. My mother is in hospital and I was going back to see her. They have ruined my trip and I'm not recommending anyone else to use this site for their ticket.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I paid the full £2426.48 for four tickets when I made my flight reservation, anticipating a confirmation.

Sofia, a member of the customer service team, called the following day and asking an extra £2200 to confirm the reservation. I stated that I would only accept the flight I had reserved or a complete refund, and I declined to pay any additional sum. I was shocked when she yelled at me over the phone and said that since it was a discounted economy ticket, there would be no refunds

Then, after reading their reviews, I discovered that they are also attempting to con other individuals.
I subsequently reported a fraudulent transaction to my card issuer. I was fortunate to receive my refund in four days.
AVOID THIS SCAMMER COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

SCAMMERS

I booked a ticket and paid £580. In the confirmation there was nothing said about it being on standby. 2 days before my flight I contacted them and they said you're not travelling on 10 Nov 24 because the flight is fully booked and yours was a chance ticket. They wouldn't refund me until 6 weeks later and even then I would only be refunded approx £320 (i'd paid £580). I couldn't believe how they trick you into parting with your money. These cowboys are only there to scam people. They are not a legitimate travel agency. When I got annoyed because they wouldn't give me a refund they had the nerve to ask for another £380 for a guaranteed ticket on 11 Nov. I was happy to change my dates for a guaranteed ticket but wasn't prepared to pay another £380. Please DO NOT use these scammers and cowboys. They have no morals at all. DO NOT USE THEM, stay well away. Ms N. Akhtar, Reservation No HCUK10159.

Avoid holidaycart at all costs

Avoid [Company Name] at all costs – I paid for a ticket but never received a confirmation, and they demanded even more money afterward. I initially booked a flight and paid the full ticket price, expecting to receive a confirmation. However, instead of finalizing the booking, they contacted me and claimed there was an issue, insisting that I had to pay an additional amount to complete the reservation. When I reached out to their customer service for clarification, they were dismissive and kept pushing for more payment without giving a valid reason or honoring my original purchase. They refused to refund my initial payment, leaving me without a ticket and out of pocket. I would strongly advise others to avoid this website – it seems like a scam. Book directly with airlines or use reputable travel agencies instead to ensure a safe transaction.”

They are really scam company

They are really scam company, I have booked a ticket and they took the full of payment, next day staff called me and asking for extra money, they said the ticket I have booked not longer available and I have to pay the extra and there is no refund and no changes. They forced me to pay otherwise I'm going to lost what I have paid.
I should read the reviews before I book through the scheme company. And how the government didn't stop like this operator to rope people.

This travel agency is a complete scam

This travel agency is a complete scam—stay far away! I booked a flight and paid in full, only to be told days before my trip that my ticket was “no longer available.” They then demanded I pay more money for a new ticket, claiming there was no other option. This is outright theft, and they will steal your money without a second thought. Do not trust them under any circumstances! If you value your money, avoid this agency at all costs.
